And they like hold your items hostage they will not open the back of the rental truck until they are paid in full. The good - the scheduling was easy. The movers showed up and did a nice job wrapping the furniture…read moreand moving it. They moved at a normal pace. The bad - I was given an estimate of the time it would probably take for the move. I asked specifically if the estimate was firm or by the hour. I was told 2 men, a truck by the hour. When it was time to pay, the cost was much higher than I expected. I inquired and was told that travel time TO/FROM the location(s) was counted. That's like getting paid to drive to/from work. I would never have agreed to this had I known. This means they charged me 1.5 hours for travel time outside of any work being done and not when stuff was in the truck. They arrived at 10:30 and were done at 2:20 and we were charged 5.5 hours. I've moved a ton and no reputable company would do this. And the kicker was a $175 truck fee. The truck was a U-Haul I could have rented for $30/day. Even adding gas etc we are nowhere near what was charged. This was a local move mind you. Distance between locations maybe 15 miles. Do better Fully Involved!

The two gentlemen that showed up were fast, efficient, friendly and most of all careful with our things. They were super fit and strong and moved everything including a 300+ pound antique dentist's chair from the 1920s. That thing is a beast and the two of them moved it with care and made it look easy. I cannot overstate how wonderful it was to feel like they were careful with our possessions, even the bulky, heavy, or cumbersome ones. We even got some fantastic restaurant recommendations from them before they left! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for help loading or unloading in the Savannah area!
