The person who hired tried to lower that pay rate several times during orientation. The owner, Gail hates anyone so far below her that they have to work for her. I was told by the person who hired me to go to the office before orientation to pick up a book. Gail came out of her office with more hate in her eyes than I think I have ever seen in anyone's eyes. It was very obvious that she hates her employees before I had even been to orientation. I had done nothing but show up at the office and ask for the book I was told to pick up. You are also required to go to meetings 4 times a year or you will be fired. The first one for me was before even working the first shift or even meeting any other coworkers. I was told I would be put up in front of everyone. That may be good for some but for me it was terrifying. With that and an owner who had already made it clear that she hated employees I decided I would rather not work for them. I have read other bad reviews on this company and Gail always tells them that they have her company confused with another one with a simalar name. I assure you that I am not confused with any other company. Don't waste you time applying with this company.

My mother fought for 2 weeks in hospice and finally passed away and we couldn't have gotten through this very hard time as a family without this wonderful place and its staff. They took care of my mother so well and really made her last 2 weeks and ours with her so great. The Dr's, Chaplins, kitchen staff, and volunteers were great. The real heroes were the nursing staff and I honestly owe all the wonderful ladies that cared for my mom everything. Emily, Jodi, Sami, Dorothy, Autumn, Jodie, Kaylee, Melissa, Sarah, Michele, Elisa, and Ashley you all have a special place in my heart forever and I consider you all true angels. I can never thank you enough and bless all of you. If you have a loved one that needs hospice care please go to the hospice house it's simply amazing even under the hard and terrible circumstances they're needed for.

All three customer DISservice reps were rude and unhelpful. Even my insurance customer SERVICE rep was shocked by how awful they were. CPAP is awesome, but APRIA is the one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
