On arrival the repairman showed me the issue was part of the previous companies type of installation and product. He replaced the cables and springs quickly. The Unwin repairman also compared their heftier replacement cables and springs to the originals . There is a very discernible size difference when comparing them . The replacement was fast , he was courteous and price reasonable. And how to upkeep and lubricate them. He reduced it to $100 when I got emotional. He also told me he would have his men cut "V's" into my tree belt to avert any pooling of water on the sidewalks. Didn't happen. I asked him to clean up some piles of dirt and stones that they had kicked up but that didn't happen either. He does the job, and the driveway and walkway look good. I submitted an e-mail request for a quote on 5/25/22 - Never hear anything - Resubmitted my request on 6/17/22 - again crickets! Called on 6/27/22 and spoke with someone that said someone will call me! Well almost a month later & nothing.
