Frank, the employee, called before hand to confirm the address and to let us know that he was on his way. Frank arrived ten minutes early, to me it's a plus, he assessed the carpet and gave me the quote before he even started. I also requested for Scotchgard for the carpet and tile cleaning for my kitchen. Boy did he do an excellent job, he dedicated almost three hours to cleaning five rooms and stairs plus the kitchen. Many wooden furniture pieces were not wrapped at all even though I had blankets provided for them and are now scratched. I had a new leather couch that was not wrapped with anything at all and had all kinds of things stacked on top of it. I brought 2 sectional couches and they did not shrink-wrap or cover them with blankets at all. Many items broke completely in transit due to the way it was loaded on the truck. I wish I could have supervised the loading but I was behind on some of my packing. I had a box where I gave specific directions not to pack anything on top of it, and it was labeled as such as well, but it was at the bottom of a large stack of boxes. There are many expensive items I will now need to replace. Do not hire them if you can't watch them load anything.
