Very very unimpressed for how long the wait-list was to be seen. First, our appointment was scheduled for 8am and the day before (not a week, not even more than 24 hours) I get a voicemail saying that our appointment is being moved to 7AM and unless we respond immediately, our appointment will be cancelled (with no future appointments available because they're "so busy this season"). I called back quickly to get a voicemail, annoyed to say the least. I get a text saying they're still coming at 7AM. The day of the appointment, myself and my baby get woken up at 6:30 to knocking and the doorbell ringing because they "made good time." Touching my chairs, my couches, and table without asking, the husband/wife team came in and checked outside/inside. Seemed knowledgeable enough and then proceeded to say what was needed to be done could have been told over the phone and it'll be "$125 for us to come out here, cash or check only." Again, beyond frustrating. I wish they were more professional, I wish they were more upfront about payment and options to pay, I wish they weren't so condescending, I wish they made me feel like I made a good choice in choosing them to let into my home and service my fireplace. Definitely will choose another company next time. read more
