Let me start by saying that most people don't want to call a plumber, including myself. We recently…read moreended up in a situation with a severely clogged drain in the basement. My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

Though they did fix the small part to get the heat back on, they also told us our furnace was moments away from failing completely and we should put in a whole new system (including AC) as soon as possible, and that any money we spent on the service call today would go toward the new system if we installed within a certain amount of time. We were suspicious since the furnace was only 11 years old, and had another company come out for a second opinion - they said everything looked fine. It has now been 2 years and our furnace is still functioning just fine.

At 8:45 Mike arrived and asked if we had any questions before work was begun. He was joined by Blake and they worked efficiently removing the tank, installing new piping and the smaller, wall-mounted unit. During the 5 hours they were here, you could tell that they enjoyed working together, bantering back and forth. Upon completion they cleaned the area and reviewed with us how the unit works, encouraging questions. Everyone we dealt with wore masks and maintained appropriate distance.
