This place sucks. The staff is so fake and are unprofessional looking. I bought a couch and love…read moreseat straight out, a year later a piece broke and from my dogs getting up and down got a snag in the other. The regional manager called me and told me it was not under warranty because "I had to of broke it myself cause there is no way it can break that way by itself." and "that was cut with a knife" ..... no. He gave me the BIGGEST attitude when I was actually being polite. then he tells me "you weren't there so how do you know how it broke?".. pretty sure my entire family wouldn't lie to me about it. Anyways, I will no longer be doing business there.
