Both times I called and left two messages, because sometimes things happen, I get it. But to not acknowledge you blew off a customer...not once...but twice...is unacceptable. I even asked him to call me back as I was willing to hear why he couldn't make it. Well...I have been fooled twice...there won't be another time...

Wow, I can't say enough good things about Doug, and I haven't even had work done yet. I had a few…read morequestions about my fireplace, and removing it, and without hesitation Doug was on the phone with me for over 30 minutes just giving me free expert advise. I know that if I decide to do any fireplace work, Doug will be the only guy I call. You don't meet many people like him, that are willing to give up their time to offer free advise. It's refreshing knowing that there are people like Doug out there.
