Everyone knows how home renovations/improvement are stressful. I've actually known a couple or two…read morewho have split up over them. But every once in a while you meet someone that is so honest, who is so helpful, who goes out of their way to really make a difference that it warms your heart and makes you want to share your experience with others. That is precisely what happened with Matt Ward, owner of ONA Landscaping. From our first phone interaction, he went out of his way to accommodate my difficult schedule and arranged to meet me at an unusual day and time. He came out and took stock of our property and helped us work out a short and long term plan. Then he went Above and Beyond the norm to offer suggestions and provide referrals to other professionals in the Port Angeles/Sequim areas that could further assist us in our home and land improvement plans. Two of those referrals have been just as fantastic and are getting ready to do some work on our property as I write this review. I just can't thank Matt and ONA enough for taking the time to make us feel like our project was special and for following through in a timely manner to make sure that everything else we wanted to work on will move forward quickly, too. He's truly an artisan at his craft with outstanding customer service skills. We will continue to recommend him to our family and friends.

Trevor and his team--especially Chris, the foreman--were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The work was done on time, at a fair price, and the quality exceeded our expectations. The staircase looks fantastic and was installed with great care and attention to detail. What really stood out was how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. Communication was clear, the site was well managed, and it was obvious the team takes real pride in their work. I couldn't recommend Trevor, Chris, and the GVT team highly enough.
