If you want you're child to be in a loving caring environment during the time you have to be away from you sweet little one, well look no further then A Family Tree. I am voicing my experience one is the place my son was at for four and a half years to our switch to A Family Tree the last year My son was 6 months old when I went back to work and I enrolled him into a daycare. I thought the one I enrolled him in was going to be a good fit due to what I saw one my visit. well you can't always see the hidden things. Start with him getting bit once a week for a few months and them saying that they can't stop the other child and they are sorry. my son was sick of getting bit and did it back and they wanted my to do something about it. I told them the same thing they told me I'm sorry its the age.. then I started noticing turn around with the staff all the good ones where leaving new staff coming and going.. just after he turned 4 years old I drew the line when he kept saying he hated the place and want to stay home all the time. Kept saying the teachers are mean to him treated him badly. they said he was a bad rotten boy and he will never change and i baby him and that's why he is freah.. I also started getting private messages from staff that no longer worked feom.said day care. letting me what was going on when I was not around. the abuse my son was going through pictures and videos came with the messages. I removed my son called a number of place. I made an appointment to meet with Erica at A Family Tree. my son was scared when we walked in but warmed up while I was in the office talking with Erica. the place is clean, smells nice, the staff is amazing! he has actually been learning and having fun, making friends. he can't wait to go to school everyday. the staff has been outstanding. when I told them what went on at the other place and being around my son for a month they told me they couldn't believe what the other place had said about my son. he was not the kid they said he was. he's sweetheart, helpful caring and kind. not always perfect but what child is. what I love is how he comes home asking to do more drawing, practicing his letters, numbers and asking how to spell things i am cooking for dinner, how to help him with reading a book. he has been so happy and wanting to learn. talks about how much he loves his teachers and can't wait for tumble bus day. A family tree treats your child like one of their own and makes the kids want to go to daycare or preschool. they have family nights, baking contests, pictures contest. open house, book fairs and so much more. you will never find a batter place to send you little ones. I wish I had known about A Family Tree back in 2014 when I had to go back to work because i would had my boy enrolled from day one.. a family tree is 100% the best place to send you're loving child. I will be sad to leave when he graduates to kindergarten. I don't have to worry how my son is being treated because they treat the kids like family. the name says it all. read more

As a parent, I entrust my greatest blessings to the staff at A Family Tree every day, and I am grateful for the loving care and guidance they receive. I have 5 children that attend two different locations and the care is the same wherever they are. The teachers look at each child as an individual, with their own strengths and needs. My children have been blessed with awesome teachers who understand their strengths and challenges, and handle them with grace. If a challenge arises, the staff reach out and work with me to come up with a solution. The teachers also reach out to the parents to see what goals they have for their children. As a Bright Stars rated program, I am assured that the learning goals are on point with what skills they will need to be successful in the later years of school. My children have learned so much and continue to share with me the great activities that go on each day at "school!" My two children that attend one of the School Age locations, not only have fun after school and during vacations, but they are learning new skills and they don't even know it! The curriculum is written in a way as not to bog them down with more work, but to engage them and listen to what they want. I love that about A Family Tree! A Family Tree hosts a variety of events to encourage family engagement throughout the year and my children think its great to see their teachers and friends outside of the normal school day. I love teaching and working with the families and staff at our center. If you are looking for a small to mid sized school that feels more like home then a big institution this is your school. I am very proud of our teaching team and the work they continue to do with the children everyday. Our program is Bright Stars rated and has been part of Bright Stars since it was introduced. I have a 2 year old son who has been there since he was 6 months old. The staff is like family and the facility is warm and inviting. It feels like a second home. He thrives there. I can honestly say I would probably never be able to do all the fun things with him if I were at home with him...he does art projects, gets to play with his peers, he can sing and dance, and have fun outside each day. Some of the things he says and does I just know that he picked it up at daycare - he is learning and growing each day. And the best part is knowing that he gets hugs and snuggles (when needed) too. My wife and I have been bringing our foster kids to this location since we've started fostering, and I have to say that they definitely give my kids that special attention that some of their delicate situations deserve. Miss Roseanna and Miss Maria have got to be, hands down, some of the best teachers I've seen. They are both caring and attentive, even when the room seems like its in chaos, they have everything under control. Family Tree staff are very friendly and engaging. They always have a smile when I come to the door and they're always willing to help me to my car getting the kids buckled in. The staff are wonderful. The student's are also wonderful and enjoy every moment there spend at family tree. My Son has been there for over 7 years he just turned 13. My daughter was one of family trees first babies @ 18mnths! She will be 6 November 30th. I always suggest family tree to everyone and everyone that I have suggested loves the center! My son Nicholas has been going here since he was 3 months old and he is now 14 months old and loves going to daycare everyday. The staff is very friendly and caring so I know my son is in good hands when I'm not with him. I would definitely recommend this daycare to any family. Nicholas has learned so much. When I first walked into this daycare during our tour I felt at home. The atmosphere was so inviting and the staff so pleasant. This is a fantastic Daycare and I highly recommend it to anyone looking. My daughter has been going here since she was 7 months old and now will be entering Pre-k in the next year or so. She loves going to school every morning and always has a lot to say when I pick her up. The teachers here are great and always happy to help with anything you need. They even use an app that you can log into and check on how your child is doing throughout the day and see what fun things they are learning. Family Tree has been an amazing experience for me and my daughter. When she first started she was very shy and was a little late with language development. In the 8 months that she has been there she has changed dramatically, she never stops chatting now and is developing socially with the other children in the class. Still love Family Tree, but I would update to my prior review to add that they now have upgraded their communication with parents. With the new app, you get live updates to your phone or email with information about what the kids are doing during the day, how they are eating, and any other necessary information. It's a great peace of mind during the day to see your child happy and having fun, and also to have a record of the week. A year later and we still love it as much as before! read more
