The job felt very rushed, yet she charged me $115. I brought her back a few weeks later, and she told me she would have to shave her mats out. I said I would prefer her to brush out the mats, but I understand if she had to shave the mats out. I picked her up SIX HOURS LATER and she completely shaved my double coated dog from head to tail. Any experienced dog groomer knows that double coated dogs should never be shaved from head to tail as that causes sunburn and prevents them from self cooling. When I spoke to Kim on the phone about how disappointed I was she came home matted the first time then she shaved her double coat head to tail the second time, she told me too bad. Definitely not worth the $115 I paid. Twice.

There were several pictures attached and it absolutely made our night. We were able to share with our son who is away at college. The staff was extremely friendly and registering was a very quick and easy process. I was very impressed with the prices as well. We will definitely use again!
