You did lots of advertising for lessons in upstate NY through Groupon and gift cards at the Albany NY studio of which I purchased $90 worth. Shortly thereafter, you abruptly left Albany NY and the studio and went back to your Florida studio operating under the same business name. Many who purchased these certificates and gift cards were left with a useless piece of paper. I am one of the "lucky" ones as I only lost $90. Many lost much, much more. When I called and spoke with you a few weeks ago and requested a $90 refund you told me that your Albany NY Dancin' Ballroom business went "defunct" and that you are not under any obligation to reimburse me nor anyone who paid for lessons not received. I cannot get credit to take lessonsat your studio here in Florida as I am hours away. You told me to ask the current establishment but they cannot nor should they take on that obligation as they weren't the ones who were paid. I was wondering after we had spoke if you might have reconsidered reimbursing me as it would be the proper thing for your business to do for someone who was a good customer and it also shows to your current customer base here in Florida that you are an honest and outstanding businessman who appreciates them and their business as well.
