The team were very easy to work with honest and excellent at execution. They in fact advised me to demolish the existing Foundation and build a new one. I was especially surprised at this because most of the contractors try to cut costs and get the job done. They took a few days to demolish the construction and another few days to install the new Foundation. Then a couple of weeks to install the sunroom. I haven't had any leaks or issues since then, despite several months of rain. I would highly recommend them

His crew was extremely professional and always kept the work area safe, clean, and organized. John was also very responsive throughout the entire project. He was always willing to answer my questions and never hesitated to take my calls. The craftsmanship of his skilled workers was second to none. One thing that really stood out to me was John's attention to detail. He notices and takes care of the small things that a homeowner may not even think to look for, and that attention to detail made a big difference in the finished product. We couldn't be happier with the work and would absolutely recommend John and his company to anyone looking for a contractor who takes pride in his work and truly cares about the finished product.
