One guy told me the price for the silver I wanted to sell, I had some Libertads, serialized German mint bars still wrapped in their original plastic as well as some Britannia mint silver bullion and some Krugerrands. I asked what he could do just for all the silver bullion I mentioned above from all those different mints and he said his price which I was kinda shocked by. Since he didn't know anything about the paper currency or ancient coins he called over his boss who might've also been the owner he took a look but there was a lot to go through and the store was really busy so I felt bad and said don't worry about the ancient coins and paper currency what can you do for the silver bullion and his number is exactly what I expecting to get in return which was a pretty significant difference than than the first guys number. He clearly was much more knowledgeable about the silver bullion I had and the mints they came from.

Chad is the owner, he's soft spoken but intelligent and fair. Sells at a good value, buys at 90% (Haven't had him turn me down when it's inconvenient like other locations will), and he's let me get by with snatching a little extra here and there! Wow! If you're looking for bullion, then this is the place, DO NOT go anywhere else. Collectables are few in stock here, but the selection is better than other places and there aren't any gore trophies with the dead guy's name on it (Other location). The only location worth buying at. 10/10

Service is lousy, attitude is lousy, overall customer service is lousy…read more I am a watch collector and took 9 watches along with a beautiful topaz and sapphire bracelet made by Freedom Creations valued at $ 1,250.00. (I have the receipt). Attached is a pic of the bracelet. The guy that I spoke to looked at the bracelet and said, the curb link chain has been added to the bracelet and the bracelet has been custom made. No shit Sherlock. I told him that as I was taking it out of the box. Then he said, I wouldn't be interested in this piece. Next, I took out a beautiful watch and he took a brief look at it and said, there's been some wear on the buckle clasp so I wouldn't be interested. Of course there has been a little wear, it's a wrist watch however there want that much wear because I have only worn it twice. This guy had MAJOR attitude and it's like he didn't even want to be bothered. Pawning is a sensitive issue for everyone however this jerk has lost touch with that and shouldn't be involved with any facet of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could have only given them 1/4 of a star I would have. Buyer Beware!!!

I then bought a different 18k Cuban chain from them. Took it to another jeweler to have it tested, and parts of it stuck to a magnet -- a clear sign it's not real gold, since genuine gold isn't magnetic. When I went back to raise the issue, instead of addressing it, they told me not to come back. Getting misrepresented metal purity twice from the same store is one thing, but being told not to return after catching it is what really says it all. Be careful buying "18k" or "14k" pieces here -- get everything independently tested before you leave the store.

He had already started to sell his items not even a month after his last payment. I asked him to contact whoever he sold my ring to so I could buy it back with no avail. An expensive Seagull guitar was taken out of its expensive case that it was pawned in and sold apart. When I asked where the case was, he said "I don't know, I guess I sold it, guitar and case were on sale apart", what I argued "why would you leave a 1k guitar unprotected, that's a really expensive guitar" he answered "You know, go to guitar center and get a new case for it, there you go" Don't pawn your things here.
