I'm sure like many of you, I came across some family coins, of various denominations and medals and after doing some Google research. I was more confused than when I started. What are these worth? I had NO idea, really? Then came across A Coin Exchange and met Mark. Lesson learned, I could've saved myself a lot of time and endless Google searches if I just started with Mark. Experience was fast, pleasant as Mark patiently walked me through the collection and together we chose a selection of coins to sell. Price was fair. I left feeling like I had a better understanding of what I was holding onto and came out with extra cash in my pocket. Don't fall into the Google void. Either you know coins or you find someone who does. Mark, and the team at A Coin Exchange knows coins. read more

What makes a coin and gold dealer REMARKABLE? They love what they do. The team at A COIN EXCHANGE love their work. It's obvious form the start. When they answer your call you get their undivided attention and their best effort. I've witnessed first hand. When I called to make an appointment ( always best to do so) they were up front, answered my questions and left me feeling good about the call. When you show up they truly care about making sure you leave happy knowing that your been treated right. In the two days since I was there I've recommended them to a half dozen people I know. That's not something I normally do. But as a result of my experience with them I know I'll be back. Unlike others I've talked to they aren't trying to rip you off. They're straight shooters and answer all of your questions except whether the price of gold will go up or down. That's on you to decide. read more

What a wonderful experience I have had at Coin Exchange, especially with Pam. She has helped me so much with my Ebay business, I can't thank her enough. She helped me appraise jewelry, bought from me the things that would be hard to sell on my site and her knowledge helped me to make the most of the jewelry that I did post. They gave me a fair price on stuff I sold to them and have treated me with such courtesy and warmth. Pam is like that person who you feel like you have known your whole life, so kind. I can't recommend this place enough. Easy parking and great service. read more

Thank you! This was hard for me. These were my moms. But she always said turn these in on a rainy day.. well it's raining. So reluctantly I made the choice. From the 1st call I felt confident, but Jonathan made me feel like not only he cared, but I really made the right decision. Thank you for being honest and helpful and comforting and mostly making a hard decision feel right. THANK YOU read more

I am in love with everything related to collecting--rare coins, vintage items, unique cards, and comics. Only in the U.S. do you truly realize how serious this business is and how much money revolves around it. I visited "A Coin Exchange" for a sale, but in the end, the deal didn't go through--not because something went wrong. No, they did evaluate my items, but they also provided valuable recommendations, guided me on where I could get more, where it's worth going, and where not to waste my time. The store's team surrounded me with such care, attention, and genuine support that I was left with nothing but a great impression. Here, they don't try to take advantage of the customer--they genuinely help. And that is the key to a successful business. Thank you! read more

This review is long overdue! My Husband brought my son here and the owner was so kind and informative. Took a good 30 min out of his day to talk with my son. As a result, my son's vague interest in coins is now a full blown OBSESSION. Thank you for showing so much care read more

Total waste of time. All previous reviews are fake! I Tried to sell a coin collection and I called the store to make an appointment. Jonathon answered the phone call, he inquired about the coins and I was trying to explain what kind I have and he was rushing me down. Finally he says let's not waste time send me pictures and we go from there with condescending attitude. Ok I thought maybe he was in a rush or something, finally I sent the pictures and then he asked me to call the store AGAIN!! Because he was busy!! Called the store no one answered!! They're not SERIOUS!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PEOPLE!! read more

I just started my coin collection and I recently made a few coin purchases, so I decided to stop by and get my collection checked out, and what I got out of it was worth well over 5hrs of searching for information through the web compacted into a very efficient 20min conversation. They definitely know what they are doing and they love doing it, they're not grumpy old coin guys, they got young souls and are more than happy to help guide you to make the best investments for your collection. 10/10 recommend this place, Before you buy some cool coins online run it past these guys first and see what they have, TRUST ME LOL. I was referred to Mark by a friend. I called to ask about having a few special coins appraised and I expressed I have a lot of other coins as well. He told me to bring them all in and he would look at them, and there was no charge. Mark was awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable about coins, patient, friendly, outgoing and has a great personality and sense of humor. My sister and I were so glad to be able to meet with him. He provided us with so much valuable information and helped categorize the coins into professional coin cases and bags, according to their value. It was a pleasure meeting him and will definitely utilize his services. Thanks Mark for the lessons and time you gave to us. You are outstanding !!! read more

My sister and I inherited some coins and jewelry recently. Of course we attempted to look up what we had online, but knew our lack of real knowledge could put us at the mercy of the wrong person when trying to sell. We could not be more grateful to have found Mark and Jonathon. Mark welcomed us with a friendly, kind manner and quickly put us at ease. He was transparent about everything, explaining the process of evaluation as he went through it, in a way we could understand. At the end, Mark's business partner Jonathon treated us to a viewing of an ancient coin they have in their collection. Highly recommend these guys -- they know what they're doing, and they couldn't be nicer. Thank you A Coin Exchange! read more
