Really nice shoe repair in Westshore mall! They are located near Macys. I dropped off my boots to get new rubber soles put on. My shoes were ready in 2 hours and they even shine the leather! It's a small little place with one worker but he does an amazing job! He said he also fix purses so thats good to know. I highly recommend this cobbler and the pricing is reasonable. I took two pair of Louboutins and he DESTROYED them!! Pen markings and glue all over the bottom! The old man who owns the shoe repair was extremely rude to me when I told him how disappointed I was. I was nearly in tears and he threw the shoes at me and yelled at me to leave his store. He makes u pay for the service before he does the work. I told him I want my money back and he refused saying " we did the work and we can't give u a refund" This man was so rude to me! I was appalled how poor the customer service was. Manuel was the nicest, sweetest guy and had my daughter's very-well loved patent leather Doc Martens beautifully shined back up and looking fantastic within one hour(!!!). We went to two other places in South Tampa before seeing him in the mall during post-Christmas chores. One of the places said it would be TWO WEEKs and $20 PER SHOE and the other wasn't able to give us a quote. Crazy. Would have just gotten her new shoes!! Manny said $10 (for both) and he'd have them done in an hour. They look amazing and he was so pleasant to deal with. Exceeded all expectations. read more

I took a pair of my Clark's desert boots to them. When I got the shoes back, I could not fit them on my feet. The shoes had shrunk. I took them back and was assured that after stretching, they would fit. After bringing them home the second time, the shoes were still too small. I tried wearing them for a week to see if they would loosen up, but they didn't. After driving back a third time, I told them I couldn't use the shoes and I asked for a refund. They told me they couldn't do anything. "We can't use the material, so we can't take it back." Well, sorry dude. I can't use the shoes you ruined either. This place is probably good if the shoe doesn't shrink three plus sizes. If something goes wrong, they won't back up their work. I hate writing bad reviews, but after spending $53 to resole shoes I can't use, I've had to buy a new pair at the cost of $100. read more

I had an interview coming up & my Nine West pumps were a bit torn on one pointy toe, & the heel nubs were worn down pretty badly. Recalling my great experience with a shoe repair shop in Berkeley where they were able to fix up my Nine West pointy boots to like-new condition (I mean, seriously), I looked up the nearest shoe repair place & dropped em off. A few days later, I picked up my shoes from the Cobbler's Corner in the mall, paid the $10, & headed home. The heels look fine, but the toe is more painted over than repaired. I dropped off 2 pairs of wedges to elastic repair and the insoles to be reglued. I paid $20 per pair and when i picked them up just now, the elastic was done poorly and the insoles weren't done at all. After presently my receipt and ticket with both requests lists the guy still devided to give me a hard time. After a 10 min arguement did he decide to apply the glue bit told me to take the shoes home. Glue is still wet as i type this and i doubt this is a solution or what i paid for. I brought my boots and sandals for repair and he did an excellent job on both of them. The boots needed the zipper fully resown and the heels replaced - they looked fabulous! The sandals I have were Roxy sandals but my feet are so narrow they never fit correctly so I had him resew the leather to fit my feet. He did an excellent job and now they fit so much better. I am so happy and I will drive from Madeira Beach here with my cobbler needs any day. read more

I had purchased a pair of heels that were hurting. I stopped in while at the mall and got great advice and service along with a $2 shoe insert. My shoe place in California would have charged $10 - $15 and made me put in the insert. Best $2 I have spent in a while! read more

Horrible experience. I called to ask if they had time to shine my boots that day which they said they did. I get there and the older man working there said "The guy who does that isn't here, you can leave them and they'll be done by Thursday." This was a Sunday. It should not take five days to shine a pair of boots. It was a complete waste of time and gas driving there. read more

The service is beyond HORRIBLE. I went to get my heels stretched, but when I got them the next day, they were the same size! $10 spent plus gas ( I live in Saint Pete ) wasted. Located inside Westshore mall by Macy's, this is the only shoe cobbler I've used since I moved here. I highly recommend as I've brought in some shoes that I thought were beyond repair and the gentlemen who runs the place was able to completely fix them for a very low price. I recently took my beloved black leather dress boots to Cobblers Corner. After years of near-daily wear, the heels were broken down and I'd nearly gone through the soles. He lost a loyal customer today. After my puppy damaged the bottom of my boot, I took it straight to Cobblers. A nice employee said it can be fixed, but bring in the second boot so they can be evened out together. The very next day I brought in both of them, and after one look, the manager said "it's done." I tried explaining to him what the employee said the day before, and he cut me off by saying it was done, and walked away. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. If you want to go to a place where your business isn't appreciated, this is the place for you. As for me, I will go elsewhere. read more
