That's why I am quite surprised to see that the restaurant does not have a higher rating on Yelp, and so although I never leave reviews, here I am.
L'Incontournable came highly recommended by our hotel and they got the reservation for us; seating is limited so a reservation is highly recommended. The restaurant mainly has outside seating, it was situated in a courtyard with a fountain in the middle so this was wonderful on a warm summer night. To start off, my husband and I ordered an appetizer to share, it was a Bouillabaisse style soup but with vegetable and shrimp. We each had one taste and decided it was so good we didn't want to share so we ordered another one. The entrée was no less special. I got the quail and my husband got the beef tataki, and both were delicious. I never even knew quail could taste that good! We also got dessert and tea to end the night. Service was excellent, and their bathroom is also very clean and stylish. I would not be surprised if this restaurant gets some kind of Michelin recognition one day, I hope they do.
