Over these years I have stopped into their store with questions regarding our system and possible upgrades. All were dealt with to our satisfaction. Recently we experienced a trouble alarm that I was not able to determine the exact nature of. I visited their office and the technicial remotely viewed our system and determined it was a battery issue. Or more correctly, a couple battery issues. As we are a longer term client with a monitored system, they gave me a main power battery at a significantly reduced price. Accompanying this were details on how to trace down the other battery troubles. In conclusion, it unfortunately is a rarity that one gets such good service in todays world. So if you are considering a monitoring system, why not deal locally with a company that is customer oriented.

I had a computer failure on the system that helps run my business and although I am fairly computer saavy, I could not fix this for the life of me. I did a google search for "computer backup chilliwack" and found their site on the first page. I checked out their "Services" page (www.fixmyputer.ca/services.php) to see what they offered. I called and they were here in 1/2 hour! They removed my hard drive, copied it over to a backup server for safe-keeping and put everything on an external drive for me. They installed a new hard drive and I was up and running! It took a day to do that but my computer is back up and running and I couldn't be happier! They have a $5/computer/month backup service that is UNLIMITED (http://www.fixmyputer.ca/back-up-and-remote-services.php) and does it all online and I've signed up for that.
