Ya mi hija terminó sus terapias hace pocas semanas. Todo el staff es maravilloso desde la recepción. Todas las terapistas son demasiado dulces. Se conocen el nombre de todos los niños y la atención es de primera. Recomiendo muchísimo a Jani la terapista que atendió a mi hija Amber, si alguna vez lees este review te agradezco mucho por tu paciencia dedicación, dulzura y sobre todo por enseñar tanto a mi bebé. This place is trash. First thing that's annoying about this place is they have a rule you can't…read morewatch your kids therapy, they give you useless feedback at the end of each session about your kids behavior mostly lol, and I'm always clueless to what they are even working on with my kid. I can't see any of his progress, makes me wonder how much effort is put in each visit because they hide that from parents. They moved from that last building that had poor parking and arrogant parents that felt they could park in the middle of the road. Fucking Hialeah for ya! Anyways they just reopened at a new office (parking is better but...) this week following the COVID 19 pandemic, I notice they have signs on the doors saying "No mask, no Entry" and some lady checking temps. But you get up to the lobby and kids running around with no mask playing with lobby toys that can't properly be sanitized (fabric ride on pony ) and I bring it up to them because I like many don't want my children sick or to bring this sickness home to compromised family members they say they can't control that. Well according to how you are supposed to reopen you business during the middle of a pandemic you should figure it out. I'm done with this place. Look harder, better and cleaner places available.

Took my son here for OT and speech. The original therapists he was assigned to were great, very…read moresweet and organized, they even suggested a 2nd opinion for my sons autism since he showed more sings of SPD than Autism due to his ADHD and they were right!! I was so happy to see that someone cared enough to get to know my son and look more into his diagnosis to help him out. I'm giving the business 3 stars for hiring wonderful people, but taking away two stars for lack of organization. My son doesn't do well with change so I have him on a daily schedule to keep him from getting over worked and hyper. When I first got to south FL I spoke with the girl at the front desk and requested the same days same hours for my boy and she scheduled him and told me all was done. I even asked if he was scheduled to he with the same two therapist that did his evaluation and she said "yes". The first few weeks went well, then I'd show up and my boy would be scheduled with some random person which in return would say to me "he had trouble following directions and sitting still" well of course he did, he doesn't know you or your rules!! I spoke with one of his therapist to ask about the scheduling and she replied with "truth is we don't really know who we have and at what hour until we get here. I just come in and check my schedule for the day but that doesn't mean it will stay like that for the week". Not good... After about 4 months the randomness of it all was ridiculous!! I would get reminder phone calls of his upcoming appointments and the times would be different than originally scheduled, and they had started asking us to come in on different days because of scheduling issues. And when there is a holiday coming everything is up in the air. I understand that people take days off for the holidays but to tell me that I had to call to get "first pick" of whatever is left is a little off to me. Towards the last few months of my son and I living in south FL he had all new therapist (which he didn't like) and was having trouble getting anything out of his sessions due to his impulsivity and lack of attention to what was being asked of him. Very unfortunate. The last thing would be that they wait until the insurance referral would runout before requesting a new one!! My son would have to wait a week or two before being seen again because they had to "put in the request for the referral and wait for the insurance to approve it". The other therapy company my son was with would never have us wait for reapproval, they would only notify me that they requested it but my son never missed a day of therapy. Pros: *Everyone is very pleasant to work with. *Therapists are knowledgeable. *Clean space. Cons: *The lack of organization on scheduling. *Days of wait time instead of getting the much needed therapy. *Constant confirmation calls even if you're there 4 days out of the week, every week!!

I told her that before trusting a Dr. that will see me for 3-5 minutes, I wanted to see her. And truth is that Hoang NEVER misses her diagnosis. She goes straight to the point. This woman is very knowledgeable, professional, and flexible with her schedule. Her clinic is very centric and it is clean. Also, she checks after to see how her patients are doing. I told her that even if she moves to another state I will travel to see her. Great place to go for orthopedic conditions... :)

I had a flexor tendon transfer surgery last June and have been coming to this place for almost 6…read moremonths . Ms. Hoang is very professional and helpful. The clinic is clean and her schedule is flexible . I would recommend this place to anyone who needs hand , elbow or shoulder therapy . My injury was complicated and thanks Ms. Hoang , I can do anything with my hand right now and even play tennis with no pain at all.
