The salesman didn't try to upsell us and listened to what we were looking On the day of installation, I believe his name was Bill, installed all the blinds by himself. He would only bring I couple of sets at a time and remove the packing from the house until he was ready for the next set. He kept the house clear of clutter and did an excellent job doing the install. Bill was professional and polite. I highly recommend. Blinds are high quality and are reasonably priced. The only negative was the time between order and installation which is on the manufacturer end. Due to the nature of blinds they were manufactured in two cities and one manufacturer was backed up. However, to the Budget Blind salesman's credit, he made it clear of the wait time when we ordered.
