It's not a cheap place and you maybe thinking it's not cheap then maybe they do something special. I went there in May 2017 for the first time and after I talked with her she suggested me to choose the black brown as she said it will be lighter after a while. I totally trusted her as a professional ( as she said so ) and chose her. At first she just trying to draw eyebrows by hand and there were no measurements what so ever ( As may you saw on adverts they always use the special rulers for making sure that you eyebrows are same ) After first drawing I explained to her that the eyebrows are not matching each other and helped her to make it better. When she finished her work she asked me to use cream every day and not wash my face for 2 weeks which I've done. After the two weeks I called her and explained the eyebrows are not in the same shape and she said I have to wait for 1 month. When I got there for second session and complained about the job she has done she told me she doesn't know why the eyebrow is like this and she promised me to fix it. Also in second session she just realized that my skin is oily and I didn't need to use the small amount of the cream daily!! When I complained about the colour ( it's still black!!!! ) she said sorry I expected it to become lighter! She tried to fix the eyebrow by getting it thicker and longer! She asked me to go back after a month for another treatment, The thing which I never done because the eyebrow is getting worse and it's really rubbish! I paid £500 to this clinic and the result is like that you went to a cheap place for free!!! Do not trust their photos and their attitude. She just ruined my face for a long time that I need to cut my hair and put French to hide her stupid work on my face!

They used my photos online without my consent and after I specifically said I did not want them used. Used wrong shade severely darkening my eyebrows. Did the complete opposite of what I asked for, despite me being very clear on the shape and wanting a natural look. To ensure this was understood, I showed several photos of how my eyebrows looked before falling out in places and of other microblading that I would have been happy with (in terms of shade, shape and natural appearance). Asked for payment in cash and did not issue a receipt even when I asked for one. Didn't use any topical anaesthetic (numbing cream). Photos on Instagram, Facebook and Google don't match what the microblading looks like in real life. Arrived late and rushed the procedure, with the next customer sitting down waiting next to me whilst I was still getting the microblading done. I approached both Anna and her partner who owns the L'Spa Nails salon in Notting Hill to try to resolve but they offered zero accountability on their malpractice and couldn't care less about the customer experience. This is also pretty evident by reading other negative reviews on Google, etc. Avoid, they're dangerously unprofessional.

I booked an appointment 1 week in advance and to show up 10 mins early before my time. Appointment at 10am, Shop closed when got their and messaged Anna no response, didn't pick up my call till 10.10am. No apologies, she didn't listen to me or explain why she was late it was just and so unprofessional and rude. 20 mins later asked us to go upstairs and she didn't have a face mask on either so we didn't feel confident or comfortable to proceed with the treatment. We said kindly we wouldnt like to proceed with this treatment and would like our £50 refund deposit back she straight away she was rude and argumentive so said she would not be going to be returning my deposit and also was insisting and pushing me to continue the process done and no apologies. She keeped push and pushing so so unprofessional. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT get your treatments done here as I don't want you to experience the same situation as I did.

Her favourite saying is 'I can't guarantee this, or that'. You have to sign to say she has full intellectual and moral rights to your photos and when I said I didn't want my photo on her website she said 'if you don't sign that I can't work with you'!!! Retouching may be necessary but you have to PAY for it! That's unbelievable - basically this woman will not accept liability for anything. 10% discount for cash shows she is promoting a black economy and is a poor reflection of the type of tax avoiding business she is running. All in all a horrible experience and it's a poor reflection of her lack of professional business acumen. Oh and I noticed some dirt under one of her nails, I definitely dodged a bullet there!
