Danielle is the owner and very sweet. My first time there I had issues with the lady at the front…read moredesk who was awful, but luckily Danielle and the ladies doing our hair were nice and did a good job so I was willing to go back. Since then, it's been nothing but positive and I would definitely recommend trying them out.

Following my initial experience with laser at this location, I highly encourage others to look…read moreelsewhere for ANY service. In short summary, they destroyed my skin, took my money, called me names, and shouted aggressively on the phone with me about it. At first it was a casual flavor in their interactions that borders inappropriate lack of professionalism. However this is a trend throughout the salon. Rude, harsh, unprofessional all throughout. Of course, however the incompetence and apparent lack of skill is what did it for me. Upon my initial visit they had my name wrong, after follow up the woman asked if I had a different name because my file was "under a different name." She never adjusted my name, odd but whatever, I'll swallow it. Towards the start of my first apt, the tech doing my laser told me she's actually moving and is not sure if the location (at which I just purchased thousands of dollars worth of laser) will have a replacement. She assured me she was leaving in two years. Shortly after she requested I not share with owners and her boss that she actually already purchased a home where she's moving and may be moving sooner...okay I'll swallow it because at this point I'm laying on this bed in the middle of my laser apt. and so anything in that moment. She showed me tons of pictures of her new home. Shortly after she started a portion of my laser she stopped frantically and said "Oh wait!! I hope you're not on antibiotics or have been within two weeks." Apparently it could be dangerous. I told her I took it three weeks ago and she paused and said "ehh I'm sure it'll be fine." She was an older woman who was squinting while doing my laser. She came to a line and skipped it by accidentally so I pointed it out, but she refused to believe that she skipped anything and said she always marks her spot so that's impossible. Again, nothing I could do. Following the appointment I had several burns on my leg which I wasn't too concerned about at first. When I told her about the burns she said "I used the right temp so I'm not sure what happened." However up to a month later I continued to have irritated, peeling, burned skin. After the month of poor skin reaction, I reached out in hopes of having the remaining balance I didn't use yet refunded. It was not a good fit for me. Wow! What an experience I had with their manager. They wanted to give me the thousands of dollars remaining back form of in merchandise credit, but why would I want to go back there? Too long to write but she called me rude and combative. She was yelling so intensely that she did not let me complete one sentence. She said they would return a portion of the remaining balance and I'm lucky because their "lawyer said I deserve nothing." When I asked how they arrived at the number they did she said I'm combative and yelled aggressively on the phone. She just kept yelling "take it or leave it !" On the phone. Ultimately she said take it or leave it and hung up the phone in my face and I couldn't reach her again. Still have no idea how they arrived at the number they did. Shocked the owner didn't have enough professional sense to call me herself. Interestingly enough the manager told me they have to keep an extra portion of my balance including the electric bill and the laser techs time...if that is not usually factored into the initial price you charge people, then I don't blame the employees (who are apparently not paid for their time and have to worry about covering the electric bill?) for their rude unprofessionalism. Sounds like a more fundamental issue in the higher ups.

She…read morewas quick, efficient, and very friendly, and she took the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable throughout the session. For something that can be a little nerve-wracking the first time, she made it feel easy and welcoming. I came in for facial hair removal as part of a gender-affirming process, and she handled everything with complete professionalism and kindness. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out, though, was her integrity. After our session she mentioned that there are practitioners who specialize very heavily in the specific type of electrolysis I'm looking for, and she even followed up the next day with a referral to someone who has a lot of experience in that work. It would have been very easy to simply keep booking appointments, but instead she clearly wanted me to have the best possible outcome. That level of honesty and care for her clients really impressed me. I would absolutely recommend Dianne to anyone looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and genuinely ethical electrologist. When I'm looking for something a bit less specialized in the future I'll be sure to use her services!

The…read morepiercer seemed friendly at first, I asked for a tongue piercing but had a few questions at first (obviously this will be in my mouth I have a lot of questions). I asked the basics like the healing time, what can I and can't eat, what do I use to clean it/how often, etc. He immediately told me that it seemed that I had done too much research online (Why wouldn't I? Everyone should do research before getting a piercing). He told me to use mouthwash with alcohol and rinse frequently/ after every meal. I sat down got the piercing it was quick and painless, I paid him and might I add I left a $10 tip which I now know he did not deserve. I got home and immediately noticed the piercing was off centered..the bar is leaning towards the left side of my mouth, I let this go bc it was the first day and my tongue was very swollen. I went and bought mouthwash specifically with alcohol and continued to use it regularly and brushed my teeth in the morning and at night. I kept icing my mouth to reduce swelling, as well as always making sure to drink cold water. I've only been eating apple sauce and ice cream. Day 2 and 3 I kept waking up with a sticky dry mouth and noticed my tongue was coated with blood and a white discharge coming from the piercing. I continued to follow his instructions. Day 4 I woke up with the same problem so I decided to do further research and every single reputable piercer and piercing site/forum strictly advised against mouthwash with alcohol because this can over dry and cause irritation/ prolonged healing. It's recommended to use a sea salt rinse after every meal and only to use mouthwash without alcohol in the morning and at night. So for this first time this morning I decided to use a sea salt rinse from H2O (for oral piercings) and switched to an alcohol free mouthwash. My tongue is no longer bleeding but I'm still noticing puss. I called to tell him about the issue and he immediately started getting angry and telling me it's because I went against what he said, he didn't even listen to the part where I said I had switched to a sea salt rinse only this morning bc of the constant bleeding. He continued to be rude and kept telling me he couldn't help because "I was telling him he said something when he didn't and that I wasn't following his directions" WHEN all I did was follow his directions and end up in this exact situation. He also said it was impossible for puss to come out if I was using an alcohol mouth wash which I WAS for the past 3 days up until today. When I said I kept waking up with a blood coated tongue and sticky dry mouth he decided to be smart and say "that's impossible there's salvia in your mouth your mouth will never dry out". He told me he wasn't a doctor and didn't know what to tell me.. but isn't a professional piercer supposed to offer some sort of advice or help? He kept saying he didn't have time to deal with me. I then told him the piercing was totally off centered and he said "no it's not it was straight when I pierced it", so how exactly did it end up like this then? Did I take it out after 4 days and re pierce it crooked myself? Please don't ever go here or encourage anyone to. This has been a nightmare. Definitely not a professional based off of this experience and the fact he didn't take accountability for giving me a crooked piercing or telling me to follow the wrong directions. I'll have to go to my doctor to see what's really going on. Again go to a different shop. None of this was worth the trouble UPDATE: Bleeding has not stopped I've been bleeding heavily now for 3 hours. I think he pierced the wrong spot of my tongue bc I shouldn't be bleeding for 5 days straight. I went to urgent care and they told me he pierced it in the wrong spot. The crookedness of it was causing bruising under my tongue and to my tongue webbing, they said it had to be taken out so I just wasted $50 to only have a piercing for 5 day! Thanks Michael :-)
