The friendly and efficient staff are kind and get the order done while being neighborly . The local people who gather for coffee and breakfast each morning appreciate the location as one of the community gathering spots. This is the kind of thing that makes a difference not only for people looking for a reasonably priced, fast food meal, but for communities long term. I appreciated the fact that my dad can visit with his friends from the area each morning and he knows the reliable and kind folks at A&W will be there for them each day. On my visit with him, the server behind the counter even cut his coupons out for him so he could save a few pennies while enjoying his breakfast sandwich and visiting with friends. We need more of this kind of thing. Very much appreciated!

It was incredibly busy, Saturday at lunch, one till was open with one cashier who was doing all of the work for the dine in customers. 12 people in line at one till. We've grabbed burgers here before and they've always been great. No change - great old style Drive In burgers, although a tiny bit too much of that salad dressing-type sauce this evening. Still 4-star burgers! I added smoked meat poutine as my side that quite frankly tasted more like BBQ sauced poutine (half point deduction from this judge considering very carefully the degree of difficulty ). My wife went with onion rings as her side. She MADE me try one. It felt and tasted like a low temp fried mini-donut - just needed powdered sugar . Soggy, soft, and no taste. Worth another half point deduction. No Olympic performances with the sides tonight!

His burger had a gray mushroom sauce on it that made the burger sloppy. Andrew enjoyed it. My burger was not your typical burger. It seems to be hand made and had some seasoning on it. It was a bit too salty and and also kind of tough. It was good though. The onion rings were typical. Business really picked up while we were there with many more customers. If I were to go back I would get the chicken finger basket. One of our co-diners had that and it looked good.
