Okra tasted very fresh and was crisp without being greasy. Pickles were a little spicy but tasted great. Red beans and rice were super flavorful without being spicy. They were definitely my favorite thing of the night. We were told the owner makes the sausage that went into the beans, and it was fabulous! The owner graciously brought us a few boiled crawfish to try. He attempted, unsuccessfully, to teach us how to peel and eat them. He was a great sport and fun and friendly. We live about 20ish minutes away from Yukon and we will still drive out to eat some flavorful tacos. Be prepared to see an auto shop with the truck inside a chain gated area. The road into it is TERRIBLE. Don't quickly drive into it because you'll miss the HUGE potholes and may regret it lol only reason for docking a star is cause the location is terrible in terms of driving through those huge potholes and navigating them. It's seriously like a landmine. Their salsa is delicious. I prefer the green salsa over the red as I'm not a fan of the smoky flavor/chipotle but both are still flavorful. The tacos are soooo good. Totally spiced and full of flavor on the meats. The burrito is HUGE. The quesadilla was a little bit more greasy than I preferred but it was because it was packed with loads of cheese and meat so you can't be mad. Support this local food truck! Taqueria Mi Ranchito popped up right down the street from us on the way home! We were tired of having to drive all the way down to 10th street and SW 59th. Sometimes that's just too far when you just want a good taco. The truck is located at the corner of Council and Hefner at the Hefner Stop gas station. Easy in and out. You can't miss it Now let me get to the food. For a food truck or even Mexican restaurant with the typical offerings of a food truck, this place was good. The burrito had a great ratio of meat, rice and beans. Definitely had more meat than I expected with great flavor. The taco platter was delicious. I definitely would recommend the carne asada and barbacoa. I didn't get to try the lengua because that's just not my thing haha Definitely a great stop for a quick bite!
