I informed David Pratt the Manager 3 months in to the rental period that we were looking to purchase a property and explained the type of property we were after. He was proactive in looking for a property for us and came to us on 3 occasions with potential houses of interest. The last of these we were told about by David just as it came on to the market. We viewed the property and made an offer straight away, and after a number of other offers that were put forward we were fortunate in having our offer accepted. Not a removal company, i imagine, that will do a job and then be happy to discount the price afterward as a result of trumped up complaints, but who is? I've found them extremely reliable & friendly and have dealt with them on more than 1 occasion. Don't normally do these reviews but noticed the 'devon' slur when looking them up and thought to redress it. Would advise customers looking to have the majority of their belongings placed in storage are discouraged from scrimping on costs by using low-security alternatives such as garages and sheds etc. Excellent secure storage service available.
