It was completed in less than 5 hours by 2 men (and this included their lunch break). Once some of the siding was off, you could see that the wood discoloration was not as high as expected so they didn't need to remove all the siding or reseal the window, both of which were on the bid of $2,850. They did replace a small part of the wall that was rotting and after they finished, John Hutchinson told me there was no leak, most likely water had built up in the wall and they had taken care of it. They did not take care of the leak, as I saw fresh water after they "fixed" the problem. Because Spring Construction was unable to find the leak, I contacted another contractor and he was able to properly fix the leak. After that, I spoke with George to see if I could have some of the cost refunded. He was only willing to refund $100. That was not acceptable to me. He informed me that their last 3 jobs were underbid and they did not go back to the homeowner for the additional costs. I felt he was indicating that it was my responsibility to make up the difference because of their overbid on my property, I was told that the bid was the cost. During the call, George constantly interrupted me, called my handyman (who looked at the problem originally) an idiot and hung up on me. Horrible customer service, especially from an owner, and I question their honesty because they expect me to pay for services they did not perform and materials I did not receive.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new home built by Full Circle Development in Bluffton SC. From…read morestart to finish, the experience was smooth, professional and deeply rewarding. This wasn't just a construction project-it was a personalized journey that ended with a home we're truly proud of. Dedicated and Reliable Team: Working w/ Abe and Eli, our project managers, was a rewarding experience. They were organized, responsive, and always available to answer questions or provide updates. Their communication made the entire process feel manageable and clear. This was very important to us due to us living out of state. After the home was completed, Roberto (assistant manager) became our point of contact for any follow-up needs. He has been just as helpful and prompt, making the transition into our new home incredibly smooth. Custom Touches by a Skilled Builder: While we did not use Full Circle for the initial design and customization, Matt, the owner, brought a level of skill and vision that made a big impact. He used his professional expertise to help us customize features that truly stand out and elevate the home --things we would have never thought of on our own. His input added both style and function in ways that set our home apart. Neighbors that have seen our home just rave about the quality of home that he built. Fair, Honest, and Client -Focused: One of the things that impressed us most was how fair and flexible Matt was throughout the project. When we needed to reduce the cost of the pool, he did not just cut corners - he helped us find a different vendor that provided the same level of quality for a lower price. That kind of commitment to client satisfaction is rare. Even when we had a change order, Matt was incredibly reasonable. In some cases, he worked with us to make changes without charging additional fees- a reflection of his honest, client-first approach. It's clear he values relationships and long-term satisfaction over squeezing out every dollar, which clearly stood out for us. Final Thoughts: Our experience with Full Circle Development was excellent from beginning to end. The quality of the build, the professionalism of the team, and the integrity of the company made all the difference. We're incredibly happy with our new home and so grateful to Matt, Abe, Eli and Roberto for their hard work and dedication. If you are looking to build or renovate your home, Full Circle is a builder we would highly recommend. They deliver high-quality work with honest and heart. Chuck & Cindy

The beginning of the project was during the early COVID and started quickly with adding the cement foundation. We did have a major initial issue when a downpour made the foundation a pool for rain/water entering our home since now it was on the same level. Fabio immediately sent 2 man crew over in the rain to makeshift a tarp over the foundation to prevent the rain from entering. The crew did excellent work and installed one of the nicest sunrooms I'd seen. Screen glass sliders for windows, 3 skylights, gutters, pavers and a patio, electric outlets and ceramic tile flooring. There are a couple of items that Fabio said he would take care of such as one of the windows not latching and also a possible opening needing some caulk. Minor things. His cost was very reasonable. It took a bit longer to complete than initially planned due to the delay in getting the windows (probably due to COVID). They took care of all the plans and getting the inspections. His crew chief was excellent and communicated well with us.

Floors To GO is the Only Flooring Company You Should Trust in Bluffton, SC!…read more After calling and visiting over 10 different flooring companies in Bluffton and the surrounding area, I was frustrated and disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) everywhere else. Most places were only interested in giving a quick price and rushing the process, with no interest in what I actually needed or what would work best for my home. It felt like they just wanted to take my money and move on. All of that changed the moment I walked into Floors To GO on Fording Island Road. From the minute I stepped in the door, the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. I felt comfortable immediately. The team took the time to listen, answer my questions, and actually cared about getting me the right product and the best value--not just pushing a sale. Their showroom selection is off the charts--by far the widest and most impressive range of flooring options I've seen anywhere in the Lowcountry. Whether you're looking for luxury vinyl, hardwood, carpet, or something unique, they have it all, and they'll actually walk you through the pros and cons based on your needs. They promptly scheduled a home visit, came out to measure, and made sure every detail was right. I'm moving forward with Floors To GO and honestly wouldn't consider anyone else. One reason I selected Matute is that they offered the full gamut of services from garage floor epoxy to interior painting to small repairs, cleaning service, and installation of shelving. Eduardo arrived on time to view the project and prepare the quote. Matute Painting offered an exceptional deal on the whole project and managed all purchases, installations, labor, and cleaning. My garage floor was patched, sanded, epoxyed and now looks like a showroom floor. It's beautiful. Garage walls were unfinished drywall and now are beautifully patched and painted. I selected shelving, and the Matute team purchased and installed the shelving perfectly even though I was not there to oversee the installation. Interior painting was finished quickly and perfectly making my house look brand new. Eduardo went above and beyond even fixing and painting some molding at no charge. Throughout the project I was kept informed with texts and photos, and Eduardo was always available and very responsive. I was not able to be on site often, but the project progressed efficiently without oversight. There is always some concern when handing over a deposit to a business you've never used, but in my case I was rewarded with an exceptional job at a reasonable price. The project was started and finished precisely on time, left clean and ready to move in. This was one of the best investments I've made. I can offer my highest recommendation to Matute Painting LLC and Eduardo. You cannot go wrong with this company.
