I needed 4 tiles that were loose picked up and replaced the man they sent made a huge mess and went to the store to get the correct color of grout or so he said it ended up being white instead of Gray. He left it covered in a mess which they did send him back for that after I already paid them a high amount of money now. It looks like a two-year-old, did it? And I've got a corner of bright white grout, and the whole rest of my porch is Gray, I cannot even get them to call me back.
