The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. The Gentle Pressure technician arrived at my home, looked at my roof from his ladder, then immediately stepped down and recommended I have some roof damage inspected prior to administering treatment and that he'd tell the office that he didn't perform the work and I should call the office to initiate a refund. The business claimed to have requested a refund for me through Square and then committed to mailing me a check refund. Neither happened. The business did submit a dispute response to my credit agency which made it much more difficult for me to recoup my funds. Gentle Pressure took $504 from me and my roof still isn't treated.
