Great service, our son was broke down at a Publix less than a week after moving 6 hours away to college. We used A & P to have his truck towed to the nearest dealership for repair . The driver was very nice, arrived within 30 minutes and was very helpful. Wish I knew the drivers name because he deserves a shout out. read more

Less than 1-star. The service provider was rude and did not provide the service my roadside assistance is paying for. Thank goodness by child was in a safe place while waiting for this provider to be smart out the mouth on the phone, hang up in our face not once but twice, and play dumb. I don't expect much customer service wise from a tow truck driver, but at the very least perform your duties in a professional manner. I wouldn't trust them with a piece of gum, certainly not with anything of any worth. State Farm and any other insurance company that has them listed need to remove them ASAP. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this service. read more

Horrible towing company. They lied and said that they towed in an area my car is ALWAYS parked, and stated that they've been doing it for 6 months... ; and because my lisence plate, was from a different state, I guess they thought they could get over too, thinking I didn't know it's a parking area. And just to be clear, there was an area where it said no parking, but I wasn't parked there. This is also an area where everyone parks, as the establishment has limited parking. read more

Waited for over 1 1/2 hours on the truck, upon arrival to the dealership driver dropped keys in drop box! When I arrived to assess damage and try to get the truck started.... I had no key! And most dealerships closed at 5pm on Friday, and when I called the driver to ask why he dropped the keys already and did not leave the keys with my wife and kids.... He proceeded to get aggravated and tell me " he will be my huckleberry" and tell me I can meet him.... To what fight? Is this how this company conducts business! Not Happy At All! Driver name was Chris and when I called the office Chris answered and told me he was the owner of the company.... I hope not! Beware People! read more

This company was supposed to pickup my truck per roadside assistance with GEICO, Called A.P. to check on time till pick up because the truck is customized with no back bumper, I asked would it be on a rollback. He said that has nothing to do with the towing and don't tell me how to do my job I don't tell you how to do yours. I said I just trying to let you know that the bed was fiberglass so there would not be any B.S. on damage. That's when I was told to find someone else. I said is there anyway I can get you to tow the truck he said no and hung up. read more

This company is the greatest! My son's car broke down on I-16 near Statesboro on a Friday night and they came and picked him up. We were working with the owner over the phone from Atlanta to get coordinated. Our son had a job interview in Charleston, SC, the next day that he had to get to and the owner arranged a ride for my son to the Savannah airport that night with a buddy of his so that my son could make the interview the following day. He helped with hotels and restaurants for my son and just a great all around guy. What a great American and a wonderful person. Wish the world were full of people like this. To those who've written bad reviews - Just a tip - try treating people as you would like to be treated and do not expect everyone one else to be available right when you need them. Waiting 30 minutes to an hour for a tow should be the minimum!!!! These folks are not your servants - they are the same as you and can decide whether you are a decent enough person to help you OR NOT! Just because your Sunday brunch mimosas are served within a couple of minutes, doesn't mean you'll get a tow on I-16 in the same amount of time. Wake up - and I'm talking to YOU!!! Keep it up A&P! read more
