I hate to throw it out there but I honestly don't know if it was because I'm black or what?? I'm not the one to use the race card but I honestly have no clue why they decided to be so rude. I've literally never been treated like this at any mechanic shop EVER. The shop tampered with my window switch, which wasn't even the reason why I brought my car in, and did not want to accept responsibility. Then at the last resort this guy named JOSH ATKINS (or at least that's the name he gave me and he didn't want to give me his name btw) started yelling and called me a liar. I don't know if he's the owner but he did a great job at making that business look extremely unprofessional. AGAIN I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NO MATTER YOUR COLOR. Thats just unacceptable. AVIOD AT ALL COST!!!

They had diagnosed the problem (it was a screw in the tire), repaired it, and called to let me know it was ready before 10:30! To add icing to the cake, the repair cost was very reasonable. If you need auto care, or tires and are near Statesboro, you have got to give Total Tire a call. You definitely won't regret it!

We reached out to Quick Pop Quick Fix around 9:00 Sunday morning, hoping someone could help. Willie was at her location by 9:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary parts, returned, and had her car repaired that same Sunday afternoon. But what truly impressed us wasn't just how quickly he fixed the car--it was the genuine care and integrity he showed throughout the entire process. Willie kept us informed every step of the way, sending screenshots of the diagnostic information, photos of the parts he was purchasing, and copies of the receipts. As parents, being so far away from your child during a stressful situation is incredibly difficult, but his communication, honesty, and transparency gave us complete peace of mind. Finding someone you can trust to take care of your child when you're not there is priceless. Willie treated our daughter with kindness, respect, and professionalism, and for that, we will always be grateful. If you have a student away from home at GA Southern or just a family member/friend in need in Bulloch Co, I can't recommend him enough. You'll know they're in good hands with someone who genuinely cares and does the job the right way. We wholeheartedly recommend Quick Pop Quick Fix for anyone needing a mobile mechanic or locksmith. Willie turned what could have been an overwhelming weekend into a reminder that there are still truly good people who go above and beyond for others. Thank you, Willie, for taking such great care of our daughter when we couldn't be there.
