This is a completed automated wash, zero personal attendants unlike the other car wash. There's yet another car wash option just down the street for $6 for the basic wash with hand drying. You may consider tipping, but those are the price points. There are also no free vacuums at this location, $2 to vacuum your car, so that raises the very basic car wash cost here to $12, definitely not worth it. The drying portion of the car wash left my car dramatically wet, seriously what drying?!?

Today, after bringing my own cleansers and washing my car's exterior, I discovered that all three carpet/apolstery cleaners were out of order. I need to find a new car wash. I paid 34$ for the ultimate car wash what a disappointment!…read more I chose this car wash because it's close to me and they had the best ratings! Not only they did poor job of washing the car, I discovered cracks and paint chips on the car's body! I wasn't aware and thrilled about the car going through an automatic drive-through wash first then they do a hand wash. Very upset and frustrated! Who's gonna cover the paint chipping all over the car? Moreover, the plate numbers were bent! Is that all your automatic car drive-through is doing? They rush you so there is no chance to inspect the car properly. Every time I point out something needs attention they respond: don't worry! They don't listen, they're in a hurry, and now I'm the one super worried! I just realized that in the receipt it states power wash rubber mat! And they only vacuumed!

First, I'd like to start out that I never go to car washes because I hear horror stories. The end…read moreof January of this year, to get the salt off my car, somebody suggested I go to a car wash. I happen to be driving past Britain's car wash on 31. I pulled in, paid my money, went into the booth, the car was washed and I left. The minute I pulled out. I had static and no radio. I had no idea what was going on. Over the next few weeks everything else started to not work, my GPS, my phone, little things weren't working. I went to the dealership and they asked me immediately if I went to a car wash. The answer was yes. They said this is car wash damage. I went to Gerber collision and glass to have it repaired. After I called it into State farm. I knew exactly where and when it happened. Gerber also confirmed that it was 100% undeniably related to a car wash. The only car wash I went to was Britain's in Dundee. When I reached out, the owner told me without a doubt and without any uncertainty, it was impossible for his car wash to do that to my car. So my $10 car wash or whatever it was, turned out to be over $2,000. I have a $250 deductible that I had to pay. I know that it happened in that car Wash. I'm disappointed that he immediately threw his hands in the air and said couldn't have been us. That's impossible. It's possible and it happened. I didn't run all over calling car washes and accusing them. I had one car wash, at the britons in Dundee, and it damaged my car and my roof. I'm sure their car wash is great when it works, but I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else. What bothers me more is the attitude of it couldn't have happened here. It's impossible. Shame on that car wash, stuck me with a $2,000 claim on my insurance and at $250 deductible. Shame shame shame but I believe in karma.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much was included with it, but should have given the reviews mentioning scratches a little more credibility than a grain of salt. Unfortunately I did find a few new small scratches on the car immediately afterwards, and for that reason, I will likely not be coming back. I am giving 4/5 because of the great deals, and that it was a very thorough cleaning - just a tad too rough perhaps. Another thing worth noting about this car wash, they also offer a pet wash station, which is now $7 per 10 minutes. It includes a ramp, and option of shampoo and/or conditioner, though I do not know if the price of the last two are included, or if there is a weight limit.
