I ended up upgrading, which cost $280 more than the original price. Even with the upgrade, it still beat Safelite's price for my vehicle and saved me money overall. That was my experience, but your situation might be different. You might want to bring extra money. Oh yea the atm wasn't working that day. So, I had to drive with one of the workers to the bank. Windshield looks great and came with a 6 month warranty.

I tried buying a used windshield camera first, but after bringing it to Doctor Glass for diagnosis, Robert explained that the used camera was bad. He honestly suggested buying a new one instead of wasting more money. After I got the new camera, I brought the car back and they calibrated everything perfectly -- and voila, all the warning lights were gone and everything worked great again What impressed me the most was how quick and professional they were. Contacted a number of auto glass repair shops that were mobile in the area before selecting Lara's…read more Well, they didn't have the lowest price they had the lowest price AND the best reviews and so it made sense to move forward with them. They were so responsive and got a quote and scheduled time for repair within a couple hours. They fixed my window and all went smoothly without really any involvement from me. They were super apologetic that their generator for their vacuum to clean up the glass in my car was not functioning and gave me a generous discount so I could take my car elsewhere to get cleaned up. Giving 4 for the vac situation bc I would have preferred to pay full price, I'm still working to get glass out of my car, but would recommend them for anyone in need!
