They are very reliable and always there on time when you book a taxi. They very rarely keep you waiting for longer than 5 minutes except at really busy times like christmas. The staff are nice and polite and friendly and always are ready to help a hand with your shopping bags. A lot of the staff are actually local lads so it is easier for them and you get to know them and become like friends.
