I only ever come here when I have pre-paid labels on boxes I've already packed, so I can't speak to…read moretheir costs or packing here. Each time I've come in, I've been promptly greeted and efficiently helped. This location has some of the best UPS customer service I've experienced. It's also a USPS drop-off site, so you can easily kill two birds with one stone here. The big downside to this location is the terrible parking lot. There's a strange one-lane entrance ramp and then an exit drive that cuts behind the building. That's not a problem, but some people can't seem to figure it out and block the entrance ramp because they decide to go out the wrong way. Parking on the street is much easier if you can find a spot and want to avoid a headache.

The male worker- who saw me waiting but ignored making eye contact with me multiple times (which was odd but red flag #1)- called the gentleman who JUST walked into the store, in line behind me, to the counter to be served. Completely ignored me, blatantly. It was obnoxiously disrespectful. I left the store quietly after realizing what just happened, unsure why, and headed to another UPS location I know has better service. I only came to this location because it was closer to where I was prior, but I will never be returning to this location again. As a black woman and the only individual who looked like me in this store this whole time- this was very disgusting to experience while everyone else was served in order, with smiles- until I got to the counter.??? Very disrespectful and disappointing. This place needs to be shut down this coming year. Bye bye.

Outstanding service beginning to end…read more My small business needed a 12 page catalog printed on relatively short notice. We got quotes from three local printers. The job pricing here was marginally higher the the lowest quote but the attention to detail and prompt, courteous service provided to us by Izzie for our proposal/quote far surpassed any other printer we have ever used. We choose to spend a few more dollars for what we hoped would be better service. We were not disappointed. Izzie and her staff provided prompt responses to every inquiry and email. We were given thorough explanations regarding processes and materials. Our order was ready a week prior to its scheduled completion date. We were very happy with the quality of the finished product. Would recommend unequivocally to any small business seeking local print work.

They were wonderful to work with from start to finish, going over options, letting me know clear price estimates, going back and forth in email to make sure any errors were corrected, and I was able to pick up my cards in two days! I strongly recommend them for excellent service, high quality, and more than competitive pricing.

Well, wouldn't you know it, the machine got damaged in shipping. UPS honored the claim in large part because the owner verified that the package was packed correctly. Recently I receive payment from UPS to cover the damage. The owner of this store was helpful and courtesy very step of the way. I can't recommend him and his store highly enough. Hal Sandick

Don't get hustled. I came into the UPS Store to do an…read moreAmazon return. The woman who helped me was an Asian woman who appeared to be in her 50's. I'm not sure if she was trying to pull a scam but she scans my receipt with the QR code and then says I need to pay for a box. I asked why, because the instructions from amazon tell you that a box is not necessary (when you start the return) and literally the information on the receipt says "Show the return code to an associate, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for free." - See the photo below - I told her that I didn't need to provide a box and she refused to give me a receipt with my tracking information. We went round and round for several minutes about this, even after me reading the instruction information to her. I had to call amazon from the store (which took forever) and in the meantime I found a box, then pack it myself for this woman because she said that it was policy. I know it's not policy and the fact that she is forcing people to buy a box at their ridiculously marked up prices is absolutely outrageous. This location has had particularly bad customer service in the past and this was officially the last straw for me. Called in to Amazon and they opened up an investigation. In the meantime, be warned and don't get hustled.

I came here because it seems like FedEx is now the only store in town that will unbind books (I…read morealready tried Office Depot and Staples). Speed/efficiency: great! I came around 4pm on a Wednesday and there was no line. The guy at the counter did tell me he had a backlog of jobs and it would take up to 2 hours to get to mine, but I had planned to drop it off and pick it up anyway. Quality: There was definitely some miscommunication here. I asked for the book to be unbound and 3 hole punched. He said they did not have a 3 hole puncher. I said just unbinding it was fine and I'd hole punch it myself. I was planning to put it i to a binder so I could insert notes inbetween pages. When I picked up my book, it was unbound but placed in one of those multi ringed spirals. NOT what I wanted at all -- just leaving it without all those holes would've been preferred so that I could just hole punch it myself, but now there are multiple holes for the spiral. When I asked if it could be removed easily, he seemed reluctant and pulled out a pair of scissors. I should have asked for a refund because the spiral binding itself cost $4, and it ruined my $40 book because I still need to remove the spiral so I can insert notes, but now am not sure if I should 3 hole punch it or not since it might destroy the integrity of the paper margin. :( I'm pretty bummed about the situation, and wish the guy could have just called the number I left on the order paper to clarify what I wanted.

They went above and…read morebeyond for me, but did so in a way that makes me believe they would do the same for any customer that walks in the door. After this experience, I know where all of mine and my businesses printing and framing needs will be taken care of from now on. Here it is: The Print Shop handled a couple important projects and needed them done quickly, and they delivered. I came in with three prints, all distinctly different. One was a signed photo of five living presidents, which they helped me create a custom frame for. The photo, a gift for my roommate, is one of a kind in terms of dimensions, and I had been all over the place trying to get a frame for it unsuccessfully. Not only were they able to build the frame I needed, they added a beautiful red, white, and blue backdrop. My roommate absolutely loved his gift. The Print Shop staff were so curious about the photo and genuinely engaging in talking about it. The second was a print for my business, which I needed put on canvas to display in the lobby. I get compliments all the time on the print, so again, all credit is due to them. The third item may be the most important in forming my opinion of The Print Shop. It was a gag gift for a gift exchange, so I just needed a good frame, but not too expensive of one. I picked one out that I liked and we started to measure the dimensions. I was fully prepared to pay for the frame I had picked out (somewhere around $55 I think). Once the measurements were done, Becky, the employee helping me with all of this, stopped me and said she had an idea. She went to the clearance rack and found me a frame that worked. It wasn't as nice as the one we had originally picked out, but once she realized it was for a gag gift, she encouraged me away from the custom frame and we found one that worked for about $20. This showed me that above all, Becky was concerned with meeting my needs, not simply making the sale. Bottom line - it is clear that this business is run by and full of people who love what they do, and those are the kinds of companies I enjoy bringing my business to.

I brought in three prints, each in a different color palette, that I wanted coordinated to hang in my kitchen. Ash was a great listener and spent a lot of time matching just the right matte color to the content and finding a frame that brought them together and made them look like they belonged in that particular room. I love how they look!
