He is very straightforward and thorough in his work. He is able to provide honest and reliable opinions of the work that needs to be done to get the job done correctly. He even took pictures of his work and home inspection corrections that he made to provide as supporting documents to attach to the invoice to provide for the closing process for the house. It is really difficult to find someone as professional in this industry who will provide honest, quality work at such a reasonable price. I really wish we had found All Task Pro when we were doing all of the remodeling when we first bought the house. He quickly responded and came out to talk with us about the repairs that it would need. Within a few days he emailed a quote outlining the demolition, labor and materials costs for composite vs wood decking. The quote was detailed, yet easy to understand and thorough. Due to a family emergency on our part we were not able to schedule the repair immediately, but when we were ready he got us on his schedule within a couple of weeks. Stephen, his partner, led the crew, as they basically rebuilt the deck in a couple of days. Throughout the process Daniel and Stephen both kept me informed and answered my questions. The entire crew was very polite and respectful of our property. The worksite was left perfectly clean and the deck looks great!!! I HIGHLY recommend Southern Pine Properties!!

We have two young grandchildren so he suggested a low gloss sheen finish for easy clean-up. He has done other houses in our neighborhood and was highly recommended. We contracted with him to do the house and scheduled a start date. He and his crew arrived exactly on time the day he was scheduled to begin. He actually finished the job about a half a day sooner than expected. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him. I plan to use him again in the future to paint the exterior of the house.
