Everything went well, removing of the previous tile backsplash and the countertops went smoothly. --- The counters were installed the next day and when the new tile came in, the crew taped with painters tape, cardboard down on the floors to protect them, fixe some drywall behind where the tile would be to ensure the tile adhered correctly and did a great job of installing the tile. WOLDE coordinates the previous tile backsplash removal and install of the new tile. (This was important to us as 2 other very good companies did not have their own tile companies and that required us to call the tile companies to coordinate, whereas WOLDE coordinated the counter tops and tile. Price was better than the other 2 estimates we received. (WOLDE, nor the other 2 companies we asked estimates from have their own plumbers and prefers the customer coordinates the plumber. (disconnect plumbing from the sink, then after counter tops where installed, plumber came back next day to reinstall the plumbing. (if you have a Gas stove, make sure the plumber disconnects that too.) We are very happy with WOLDE.

There is pictures of damage done to my lawn by the tow lift. I have all the messages, pictures, as well as tons of door bell camera footage to present to my attorney. I recently hired Helping Hands Carpentry, owned by Tellas Humphrey and his wife Mandi, to fix some damaged boards on my house. At first, Tellas seemed nice and humorous, but after he got paid, he and his wife became unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite promising to come back and repair the damage, he never showed up and ignored all my texts. It's clear that he only does half the job and expects to be paid regardless. Furthermore, he wanted me to pay for a lift because he claimed his ladder wasn't long enough, which seemed unreasonable to me. If he's not equipped to do the job, he shouldn't accept it in the first place. During the repair, he also left a big hole in my soffit and damaged my lawn with his tow lift, leaving black tire marks on my driveway. I was overcharged for a poor-quality job, and I would never have paid him if I had seen the hole in my soffit beforehand. To make matters worse, I checked out their personal Facebook page and saw how unprofessional and crazy the business owner is. They also have a bad review on the BBB with a D grade on the site. I only hired them to support an African American business, but I regret my decision and should have gone with a more reliable and trustworthy company. In the end, my husband and I ended up fixing the hole and repainting it ourselves, and it looks great. My advice to anyone looking to hire a carpentry service is to do your research and don't make the same mistake I did. If you want something done right, it's best to do it yourself or hire someone more reliable and trustworthy. I cannot recommend Helping Hands Carpentry.

After roughly 5 weeks I called to inquire regarding the status of an estimate being completed. After an excuse of being busy, an air conditioner contractor was sent out to evaluate that aspect of the job for A3 Development. I never heard anything beyond that. I refuse to chase a business trying to give them my work and by extension my money. As disinterested as A3 Development apparently was in getting the job, I can't imagine the regret I would have if I had gone with this contractor. I'm sure neither me nor my job would have been a priority for them. Fortunately, I landed with another contractor and ended up being very happy with that alternative. I believe A3 Development actually did me a favor by being so unresponsive.
