Bobby gave us a written proposal with a list of materials, and the contract contained a statement of work, with the timeline. This gave us no room for miscommunication and expectations were met. The work was started and completed on time, and on budget. We are very happy with the finished product and are impressed with the quality. The work space was cleaned up when the work was done with no hassle to us. In the past, Bobby had installed hardwood flooring for us, and we were impressed with his workmanship on this job as well. His attention to detail was evident and appreciated with both jobs.

Carlos and his employees started the job on time and finished the complete job of tearing off old shingles and replacing new shingles a day earlier than expected. Carlos was running Quality Control to include a final inspection after the job was complete. Carlos employees cleaned up the trash leaving everything as they found it. I highly recommend Frank's Roofing to anyone needing roof shingle replaced.

The lady that lived in that house before was a single mom. My property line goes almost to the driveway. I asked the previous owner if we could just take care of everything up to the driveway for her, and she was grateful. My property line is about 1.5 feet from her driveway, so it just made since. Alex always cleans up after himself. He does not leave a mess for anyone to clean up. He is very thorough and professional. Alex is more than a grass cutter. Other companies that were supposed to be knowledgeable messed up my yard. Chemicals were applied to my yard before it had matured enough to handle the treatments and it did considerable damage. I had a dying yard with serious drainage issues. Then came Alex. He saved my yard. He sent soil samples to Auburn University for analysis for proper treatment. He installed a better drainage to divert water to stop water from getting into my basement and washing away my yard. He is absolutely who you want to lay sod. He understands the prep involved for the sod to thrive. He has done extra work, above what he has billed. We would be in a mess by now if not for Arise Landscape. He saved my yard. He knows what to do and when to do it. He is a professional, and no one else touches my yard.

He showed up exactly when he said he would and completed all the work within a few hours- including cleanup. I was impressed! He was great to work with and I highly recommend his company to anyone!
