Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. The office called at 7:45 that morning and let me know a plumber was on his way. He showed up about 15 minutes later to start the job. We were having a main water shutoff added to our home, a job that was a bit too important for us to attempt as a DIY project! The gentleman who did the work was quick, skilled, and very kind. The job was done in a bit over two hours, including a run to the box store for a part that was needed. As this was my first experience hiring a plumber, I was nervous that it would be outrageously expensive and cause me to miss a whole day of work. It was not! I feel the price was very fair, and clearly articulated on the bill. I paid with credit card right there in my driveway and he left. I asked why I was paying for his travel to come to my house from the office, (I was his 1st job), no answer. I was told I had to wait for someone in the office to call me. About 30 minutes later I received a call and explained this situation to be told, they'd refund me money. I didn't mind paying the trip charge like I was told but I did mind paying for 30 minutes of travel he was claiming, again I was told I would be refunded. So I am waiting for a refund!
