Done Right Towing deserves far more than five stars--they rescued my family from what could have…read morebeen a complete disaster. My Cadillac Escalade IQ developed a problem with its hood latch that made it unsafe to drive. We were supposed to leave that same day for a 1,400-mile trip home with our entire family and our giant dogs, but the only dealership equipped to service the vehicle told us it would be at least a week before they could even evaluate it. While arranging to have the Escalade towed to the dealership, I explained the situation to Dirk, the owner of Done Right Towing. Because Dirk is also a mechanic, he generously offered to have his driver bring the vehicle to him first so he could determine whether he could fix the problem and prevent us from being stranded. The tow-truck driver was also incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. Dirk did exactly what he promised: he evaluated the vehicle, fixed the problem, and asked for absolutely nothing in return. His compassion, integrity, and willingness to go far beyond what was expected genuinely restored my faith in people. Done Right Towing is an exceptional business run by truly good people. I could not be more grateful, and I recommend them without hesitation!

I had a horrible experience last year with a company called OH's Towing who is AAA's towing provider in the area, when I called in for service last week I found that they are still the AAA provider. Needless to say I declined service and checked around as I DID NOT want to deal with that company again! My friends husband works at a local repair shop and told me to call Green Tow as they had done a great job for them and that they were new to the area. So I did and let me just say that Kevin (the owner) and John his lead driver, came to my rescue not only in a timely manner, but they were very professional and courteous. They also explained to me how they would proceed in the winching of my car before proceeding. They had exceptionally clean trucks that didn't smell like smoke (which is a nice change). I was allowed to sit in the truck instead of standing outside in the heat while they did their job. They had my car back on the road in a matter of minutes. My car was so full of mud that they towed it over to the car wash for me without charging me for the tow. I was only charged for the recovery and they were quick and professional about it and not delaying the job in order to obtain more money. I will always use Green Tow LLC from now on and I will certainly recommend this towing company to all my friends and family. THANK YOU GREEN TOW FOR YOUR AMAZING SERVICE!
