Terrible experience from the start, and he ghosted me refusing to repair his crappy work…read more Booked with Brandon because he was almost 10k cheaper than the competition. In retrospect, I wish I would've spent more to avoid working with Brandon & Miranda. When I originally booked, I was told the start date would be May of that year. The start date was pushed back further and further. I had to reach out for any sort of communication, as Miranda rarely followed through on getting back to me. We got our front porch redone and had a back deck built. I was told he would do the front porch to start, then the back deck after so that my children would still be able to utilize our yard during summer. Instead, he started on the front porch and dug giant holes in my backyard - insisting this had to be the case for permitting reasons. But then once the job started, I only got a maximum of 2 HALF days of work per week. Again, barely got any communication during. I'd have to reach out asking when/if they'd return and I only got a response part of the time. My favorite was being told there'd be a delay bc of materials being late even though the materials had been delivered to my house a week prior. The job finally finished about 6ish weeks after it began. Much much longer than the 2 weeks I was originally told. But I figured whatever, we'll leave it alone since it's done and they looked good. Except the quality was crap too. He changed the back deck plans without ever communicating that it'd be different (one side abruptly stopped creating a 4ft drop to concrete and I have small children & he built around a post we talked about him removing). Within a year, multiple rails on the front porch were coming off & the wood on the back deck was rippling, peeling in multiple places, & corner pieces were separating. I reached out 1 year before the 2 year limit in the contract was met but was told for the next year that I was "top of the repair list and Brandon would be out soon to assess and fix." He never came. Miranda never communicated. I even expressed concern that she was intentionally delaying it past the 2 year mark and I have her saying in writing that they'd honor it but it's been almost another whole year since I've even gotten a response. So, you might pay less going with Brandon but you're going to pay for that difference elsewhere. Strongly do not recommend!!!!!

I use to paint houses myself until my health no longer permitted me to do so, I am very critical and walked around my house multiple times daily looking for mistakes I found none. when I picked the color for my house it turned out to be more yellow than my wife liked so we asked Adam how much it would cost to re do it. I fully expected him to give a very high price, he did not. The price he charged to fix my error in color was more than reasonable and fair. Also, I needed some moderate repair to my roof near my chimney and his worker, Doug was very knowledgeable about roofs and agreed to do the repair, again I was expecting a much higher cost than what I was charged. The repair was done quickly and professionally. Adam and Doug had to replace several pieces of old rotted wood on my home and again, the job was done with extreme professionalism and at a very fair price. After Adam and Doug left, my neighbors were quick to comment on how great my house looks with fresh paint, the efficiency and accuracy of the work Adam and Doug did was not lost on my neighbors either. If you are looking for an excellent painter that wont price gouge you look no further than ABC Painter. As I said the other painters I got quotes from were ridiculously priced, one wanted $10,000.00 for the same scope of work Adam did for a fraction of the cost. And I'd be willing to bet that I would have found many mistakes with the higher cost painters. I say this because I know from my conversations that the owners of those other companies had no intention of being on site, and no one cares as much about his/her business as the owner. Adam was here every day and nothing was completed until Adam had looked at it and it met his approval, he genuinely cared about my home and the quality of work that he and Doug did. So if your looking for a painter, do your self a favor and call Adam, you won't regret doing so. Adam and Doug Thank you so much for not just painting my house, but for doing a great job it looks absolutely wonderful. Dave B.
