I sent him a bill for my expenses to finish the job and he never paid it or acknowledged receiving it. Nor has he volunteered to refund money paid up front for work not finished. Some of his work wasn't very good so I had to correct that too. I give this company one BIG ZERO for a rating. I don't care what past good ratings he's gotten. If you hire him don't pay him everything in the beginning even if he says that's his way because in the past he's been stiffed by customers not paying the full bill at the end. Five STARS for Yury!!!…read more I needed a large section of roof replaced. Problem was, there were 5 huge hot-water solar panels in the way. I got four estimates. Yury Ubonikh at Professional Remodeling, LLC, was the fastest in & the lowest by far. Then when I finally figured out how to work under the solar panel without moving them, I so notified all the roofers. Yury quickly sent a revised bid hundreds of dollars less than his original bid. Naturally, he got the job. He was ready to do it in just a couple of days, but held off with no complaint when I suggested waiting a few days for better weather. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He really knew what he was doing, even how to install the special adhesive ice & water shield I wanted. He patiently removed & replaced the brackets supporting the solar panels multiple times as each step of the roofing process required. He finished the job quickly in two consecutive days. He did a great job, including cleaning up, at a great price. I highly recommend him.
