The guy really listen to me ensured me they would handle all my concerns, and of course I would end up happy with the work. They came to do the initial on-site walk through, which is done prior to installation. Our guy didn't speak any English (not to be that person). He couldn't answer any of or question, he was asking us questions we couldn't understand, measuring things and what have you. Me and my husband were really concerned that the language barrier was going to cause issue with the installation. AND WE WERE RIGHT! I immediately called stating my concerns with the language barrier and how we couldn't understand anything and we want to make sure things will be done right. They yet again ensure us that everything would be handled correctly. THEY WERE WRONG! Installation day is here. They guys worked their asses off from 9am-5pm. We went out offered waters and if they needed anything but of course no one speaks English and couldn't understand anything we were saying. It time for the final walk through.... Gates are swinging outwards which we had ask for them to swing inwards so it didn't interfere with our neighbor property, locks don't work and placed wrong (anyone from the outside can just open it right up. So my security issue was clearly not taken seriously). I have asked them if they can fix the locks and gates and still waiting for a reply to this day. OHHHH..make sure you double check the permits. They charged us $100 and said they would handle all permits. Are zoning officer came out to inspect since the called for an 811 and he said that no one ever reached out to get the proper permits. Which mind you, the consultant reach out and told me they didn't need a certain permit and when I questioned this they told me their permit team would handle it. Well they never did and I finally got my $100 back as we had to go to the council and immediately apply for a permit which also cost us $40.00. Check your area first, might save you some money! I tried to get ahead of these issue yo avoid all of this and they just kept saying they would handle everything and ensured me it would be done correctly. I'm just frustrated with this whole process and now I'm waiting to hear back about fixing these gates, which I have a feeling I will be doing myself. I will escalate the gate issue if I don't hear anything back but honestly I don't see them coming out to fix it. Overall, communication sucks!! If you're worried about something, chances are it will end up as a problem. Trying to get problems fixed is a struggle! After all the resource and companies I called, a part of me wishes I would have went with my first option. However choose this company cause of pricing and how quickly they were able to fit us in to get the job done.

From start to finish I was impressed with the way ergeon handled the job. We did a convienent video estimate over the phone and they explained the entire process. Price was on point and the quality of work was superb and the job site was cleaned up when finished. I couldn't be happier with the new fence and will be calling them again when needed. Highly recommend!

We just had all around fence company install a chain link fence for our dogs. When pursuing this…read moreproject we got the standard "3 quotes". All Around Fence not only provided the best value (several hundred dollars cheaper) but also built the fence in such a way that ensured our needs were met and that we would be happy with their work in the long-term. They were the only company who insisted that they would install a tension wire in the bottom of the chain link fence to ensure the dogs couldn't just push out the bottom of the fence to escape. All of the others (even thought we told them the fence was to contain dogs) did not include such in their quotes and wanted a ridiculous amount of money to do so. All around fence also insisted on using a higher quality product with 2 inch spacing and lower gauge wire (cheap chain link fencing is 2.5 inches) but, unlike the other fencing companies, did not charge an arm and a leg to do so. It is very clear that they have experience building dog containment fencing. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The only "complaint" I have is that they are all the way up in Uniontown, PA. Otherwise I would be hiring them to do another fencing job at my cabin in Clarksburg WV. BTW, they do have a license to work in WV (the job they performed for me was in the Morgantown area) and will go over the border. They had much better prices and provided a superior product compared to the big fencing companies in the North Central WV area (Neel's fencing and American Fence company)..

They showed up quick and in a couple of hours I had a fence. The install was flawless. This was 12 years ago! With the settling of the ground around the pool the fence has needed to be adjusted twice. Both times they showed up quick and did a great job. This is the company you should use for all your fencing needs. They proven reliability and professionalism before, during and after the sale. Thanks Guys.

The previous work completed was fine but this is putting my newly adopted dog at risk as she can possibly jump the 4-foot gates. Communications is not being returned from Jeremy at Central Valley Fencing. Update: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When the contractor finally texted me apologizing and saying that once he came back to the United States, would drive to my house and install the gates, I asked him for an installation date to update my complaint. April 2nd update -- have not heard from this vendor on finishing the work.

From the first estimate to the final cleanup, all communication was clear, prompt, and professional. Each day, the crew arrived on time, completed the job on schedule, and worked efficiently without skimping on quality, and with great workmanship. The posts were set straight and deep (using dry cement), the rails are solid and evenly spaced, and the wire mesh fence is snugly aligned. The end product has a clean, classic and aesthetic look that exceeded our expectations. They used pressure-treated lumber, worked in snow, ice, rain and dense fog, and left the site cleaner than they found it. The price was excellent for the scope of work which included dismantling an above ground pool, and there were no surprise charges. We especially appreciated their attention to detail around gate installation and corners. Highly recommend Jeremy and Central Valley Fencing for anyone needing a large split‑rail fence -- we would most definitely hire them again. Very happy with our 900 ft split‑rail fence installation -- professional crew, on time, great workmanship, fair price, and spotless cleanup. Highly recommend Jeremy at Central Valley Fencing.
