I called so many tire places in Philly and no one picked up. I got ahold of Tire Heaven and Darnell said he would be right out to help me. I was on the Parkway and most of the city was closed off around there due to a police officer's funeral (God rest his soul) but Darnell told me not to worry and he would find me and get to me. That he did. In about 10 minutes he had the nail out and the tire plugged up and I was good to go. I didn't have enough cash to pay him what I owed him and he told me not to worry about it. Darnell really hooked me up and got me on my way! I can't recommend him enough!

The best of all? They did it with a smile, didn't condescend, were happy to help - and it was getting closer to the end of the day! They made a new customer for life. I pulled up to the curb, and they took care of it from there. Super glad that I found a trustworthy place in the big city.

I cruised pass at 4:45 and encountered two gentlemen sitting in chairs ready and waiting for me. After checking out my car, Henry at Floyd and Diann's did what Mavis Discount Tires would not and that was offer me a reasonable and affordable solution. Mavis would rather gauge me to the tune of 700.00 and also open a line of credit to knock 50.00 off. Instead I got two tires, one new, one used and a back one that was still in good condition rotated for 160.00. The only downside was they are a cash only business and I had to scramble to find an atm. But the service was friendly, fast and there were chairs on the curb to sit in while you wait.

I wasn't sure what was the best look for my vehicle, but the sales associate took the time to go over what I wanted my vehicle to look like. Instead of directing me to what they thought would look good, they let me choose, then offered me complete assurance that I made the best choice. Oh and their prices could not be beat by anyone! I've gone to many tire and custom wheel shops, but this one takes the cake! They were patient with me, and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable. I could tell everyone there has a love for cars. I made my purchase with pride. My wheels took just 3 days to arrive. When they did, I received a call letting me know they have arrived. They ground the lip of my rim down too far, didn't weld clean, nor clean up the welds they did. They even welded a part of the wheel that wasn't cracked. It's like I was the crash test dummy for them to learn to repair wheels, yet they advertise wheel repairs. On top of the trash work, they overcharged me for it and was laughing about it the whole time! That's disrespectful. They took it as a joke and didn't care. OH YEA AND THEY SCRATCHED, DINGED AND NICKED UP MY RIM, PUMPED MY TIRE TO 60PSI and SENT ME ON MY WAY!
