I checked with other services in Columbia and only Ali with High Point was able to work with us. The plans changed through the day due to canceled and rescheduled flights, and he stayed in touch and worked with us throughout the day. I will only use High Point from now on, for both my personal and professional airport transportation needs. Thank you, Ali!!

I knew that from the reviews prior to booking, but chose it because they take pride in keeping the park clean and well maintained. The park definitely shows their pride of ownership. The laundry room was immaculate and so well cared for. Totally impressed with cleanliness and overall appearance!!! Sam was very friendly and helpful when checking me in and telling me about the park. Really appreciated his information. We were there for two nights and the second night was packed. Very hot and it did rain, but we enjoyed our stay at Cottonwoods. It's a very popular rv park and a great stop over in our journey to Yellowstone. Really enjoyed the serenity of the park!!

Customer service! I was treated extremely rudely!…read moreWe arrived at 12:00 and the gentleman at the counter was going to charge us a $15 early check in fee. He said check-in was at 1:00 pm. We travel every year ( going between 18 states and 18 different rv parks) and have Never been told we were too early, if the space was available. He was very condescending and exhibited an aggressive attitude and said he knew 3,000 other campgrounds and they all had an early check in fee. We have been to this rv park several times, over the last four years, and it has always been one of our favorites. I have never been treated like this. This will be the last time we stay here! The icing on the cake is, my husband is a Vietnam Vet, and for him to be treated so disrespectful, on this memorial day weekend, is abhorrent.

Came here after being in KC and heading back to STL. This wasn't the hotel I wanted to stay in but…read moreit was my bad for not booking the other hotel (also a Drury Inn) thinking it would get less expensive the closer the day got and it did not. Spent less than 12 hours at this hotel. Plenty of parking. Depending what room you are in you may have to move your car. I parked near the entrance for check in and ended up moving the car to be closer to the room. Check in was easy. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. Smelled popcorn but we had missed the kick back and they had popcorn and sodas in the lobby. Got a room on the 2nd floor. Dropped off stuff in room and headed to the pool. Pool is indoors so it was pretty loud but found a table to sit at while kidlet swam. Also had a hot tub. It was pretty busy in there. After the pool headed out to get food. Lots of fast food restaurants in the area (McDonald's and Culver's are where we ended up). Room was cozy with a large bathroom (compared to the Pear Tree in we had stayed at on this trip). Room was clean, AC got nice and cool. Called front desk to find out where laundry room was. Sent kidlet to front desk to get quarters and headed to the 4th floor to start laundry. Did laundry, ate dinner, had showers and watched food network till bed time. Curtains let in a fair amount of light but had a sleep mask. Slept good. Woke up next morning hit up breakfast, checked out and made our way to STL. Elevator was out the morning of our check in but we were on 2nd floor so it didn't affect us as much as those on the upper floors having to bring their luggage down. Had a pleasant stay and would stay again if in the area.

Ever hear of a hotel that did not change their sheets? Yeah…read more I was shocked when it happened to me! When we checked in, and we went to our room it was clear that the linens on my queen bed had not been changed. There were wrinkles in the pillowcase fabric where a head would have rested. There was some kind of nastiness on the top sheet! Snot? Or what? That day the movers had come, and then I thoroughly cleaned the entire house for the buyers' walk-through the next day. It was late and I had been steady working 13 hours. I threw the sheet in the bathroom and threw the pillows on the floor. I slept on the in-between cover. I was so exhausted I never said a word because I wanted my husband to get some rest. But guess what? I will never go back!

It was so perfect that I was able to walk everywhere I needed to be or where I wanted to go. My room was on the sixth floor and faced Broadway. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. I loved the pillows and will most likely be ordering the same brand for my home. The room had a closet that stored a full size ironing board and iron. It also had a small icebox and a safe for valuables. There was also an easy chair for relaxing and reading. The television was huge and had a personalized message welcoming me, as a Hilton Rewards member. The bathroom had a walk in shower and full sized bottles of toiletries attached to the shower wall. Having a walk-in shower at home, I greatly appreciated this. The bathroom was also a good size. Most hotel bathrooms make me feel claustrophobic, but not this one. Their cleaning staff was prompt and efficient. I love coming back to a straightened room, a made bed and fresh towels. That is all part of vacation experience. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. They made both my check-in and out, very smooth and easy. There's a parking garage next door and I recommend paying for the daily park yourself. You'll not only save $'s, but you wont have to wait for the valet to fetch your ride. When I come back to Columbia for an overnight visit, I'll be staying here again.

We have stayed at The Broadway several times and used to enjoy their large suites in the original…read morehotel with a balcony and sitting area overlooking COMO. I booked the same suite again, but on arrival I was instead sent to a room in a new expansion they call the Walnut Tower. If the advertising for my lousy room in the Walnut Tower at The Broadway had been anywhere close to representing the actual room itself, I would not be writing this review & I would not have stayed at The Broadway. But that is not the case, hence this review. The room was NOTHING like the rooms being advertised, and NOTHING like the rooms I had stayed in previously and had booked for this trip. The room I was forced into was simply not the room being advertised, and it was just terrible (reference the photos). It was dark, cramped, had faulty HVAC, and the shower door slid back half open every time you tried to close it while taking your shower. I compensated for this by laying multiple towels outside the shower door to catch the unavoidable spray. The blinds did not have a sheer second blind, so the options were either closed blinds in a pitch dark, very darkly painted room (why the darkest brown possible?) or blinds open with a direct view to outsiders. For me, this was a total ripoff, I went back to the front desk and asked for my original room as paid for & was told it could not happen. This is clearly false advertising, and the Walnut Tower appears to be a very hastily built addition that is full of faults and truly crappy rooms. Oh, I almost forgot - you can't get directly to your room in the Walnut Tower from the lobby entrance to the main hotel without taking multiple elevators, unless you happen to be located on the 4th floor of the Walnut Tower. There is a walkway on the 4th floor of the original hotel to the Walnut Tower, so if you are lodged in the Walnut Tower on any other floor but the 4th (I was on the 2nd floor), you have to take the elevator in the original hotel lobby to the 4th floor of the original hotel, walk across the 4th floor walkway to the new Walnut Tower, and then take a second, Walnut Tower elevator to your floor in the Walnut Tower. This means when I went to my room I needed to key into the elevator in the main lobby, take it to the 4th floor, then walk across to the Walnut Tower, key in again to the elevator there & take it down to the 2nd floor, and then go to my room. If that does not sound handy at all, while carrying all your luggage, you are correct.
