Terrible experience! The technician only cleaned the flue from the bottom and never got on the…read moreroof to check the flue. We weren't able to get a fire started and recontacted the company who told us they wouldn't be able to come out for another 2 weeks. We called another company who came out and found the flue to be plugged at the top. Pictures were taken of the problem, which we shared with the owner of the company. He has refused to refund our money and called my husband a liar. We get our chimney cleaned every year whether it needs it or not. We could have had a fire based on the blockage.
