Honestly, we don't know how we would have managed it without them since we live in Arizona. This was a HUGE job--a 2 story garage plus 5 levels of home that had been lived in for 50-plus years. Plus they cleaned and cleared the home afterward so it was ready for sale. Jon communicated clearly and kindly through the whole process and they did their best to maximize the values of our belongings in a timely manner. Thanks Caring Transitions of Eastern Iowa! EXCEPTIONAL customer service at Engraved Gift Collection in Dubuque!! They have beautiful…read moremerchandise to choose from for any occasion and they do the engraving quickly. I'd purchased a key ring somewhere else but wanted the back engraved and Zach did it the same day. Its not like the piece you're having engraved has to be purchased there but there are plenty of key rings and assorted merchandise to choose from. I'm totally impressed with their customer service, the amount of time it takes them to engrave and the quality of the finished product. Their prices are very reasonable and the engraving is also very reasonable, unlike the engraving kiosks that some malls have. Some engraving places won't even DO the engraving unless you purchased the item from them which isn't always the case. That doesn't happen at Engraved Gift. You won't regret using them. It's easy to find, in between Turpin Dodge and House of China's on JFK Road. They are located in a mini strip mall. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out quickly. Totally thrilled with the two pieces I've bought recently.
