UPDATE (June 2026):…read more Update: We just had John back out for our 11-month builder warranty inspection, and once again, he proved to be the best investment we made in our home! With our builder's warranty about to expire, we wanted absolute peace of mind. John brought out state-of-the-art tools, including Infrared Thermography (Thermal Imaging), to map surface temperatures and check for hidden moisture, mold risks, or missing insulation behind our walls. He found things we never would have noticed on our own!As always, his communication was perfect, he was right on time, and his pricing remains completely unbeatable for this level of elite service. True to form, he delivered our incredibly thorough, professional report less than 24 hours after the inspection. If your one-year warranty is coming up, do yourself a massive favor and call John. He is a true professional who consistently goes above and beyond! ORIGINAL (July 2025) We had a fantastic experience working with John as our home inspector. He was punctual, responsive, and provided an extremely thorough and detailed inspection report. What really stood out was his follow-up after the inspection - he took the time to check in and see if we had any questions, which we really appreciated. His pricing was very fair - we compared quotes from three other inspectors, and John's rate was not only competitive but came with a level of service that exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed with his work that we've already hired him to come back for a follow-up inspection after our builder completes the necessary repairs. We highly recommend John to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional home inspector.
