When i gave them the ipad i double checked it would be done that same day and what i believe was the owner/manager started to tell me it would be dont most likely the next day. This is why i called in and checked if they couldnt do the job same day if not then they should not have taken the ipad. After all was said and done i got my ipad back with a scratch on the inside top right corner and i was told it was glue from the screen. They said it would dissapear by today but it didnt.
