    Absolutely dissatisfied with this business…read more August 7, 2015 I take in my brand new Hugo Boss blazer that was $600. I wore it once to a night club and took it in to be dry cleaned. I asked the owner Ben specifically if he could do a good job and take care of this job. The reason why I asked specifically is that the Dover area does not have a lot of designer clothing. Ben said that he could 100% take care of it. I come back the next Tuesday and take the blazer home. I noticed that the buttons on both sleeves and the stomach part of the jacket are damaged. I take it back to the store and express my concern. The owners interrogated me for 1 hour and have said that I have worn it out which is not correct at all. He says that I brought the buttons damaged. He then calls the dry cleaner that he exports his clothes to and the dry cleaner says that the buttons can get damaged if they are made from a special material. I ask Ben what he can do to compensate me for the damage. Ben says he can replace the buttons. We call Hugo Boss and they do not have replacement buttons. I said I want the same buttons or compensation of a cash equivalent to fix this mess. Ben says he will talk to his attorney to see what a fair compensation will be. Today it is August 22, 2015. It has been two weeks since I have made contact with the business and it took them that long to call me back. I explained that since they will not replace my blazer with the same buttons, it is equivalent to getting a Rolex fixed with a walmart watch parts. What I am most dissatisfied with is in the process, the business owners argued with me taking up a total of 3-5 hours of my time. As a fellow business owner, I absolutely do not recommend this business.
