We weren't sure Miya would want to come home because she was having so much fun! If this is the behaviour that happens when people are around, I can only imagine how my dog has a swollen and bruised muzzle. My dog goes to another daycare that she always comes home so happy and excited with no injuries. Trust your gut.

Our Mabel stayed here for a week at the end of August/beginning of September. When we picked her…read moreup, we were told there was 1 confirmed case of kennel cough. She had green gunk in her eyes. When we got home, we noticed her coughing and took her to the vet. She was diagnosed with pneumonia. PNEUMONIA. When I spoke with Marcel, it seemed like no big deal. I understand that dogs can get kennel cough but her symptoms were so severe it became pneumonia. They didn't call anyone because they didn't notice anything wrong with her! Total cop out. I have been using this kennel for a decade and will not be back. BTW, their policy is to call owners when there are 2 confirmed cases of kennel cough. Anyone receive a call in early September?

I received an automatic reply indicating I would receive an email in the next 24 hours. No reply came. Emailed again 4 weeks later and did get a reply this time and was told that I could be on the wait list for a litter about December. I went to the website to see what the parents looked like that she had said would be breeding and noticed they were in fact golden doodles. When I emailed back alerting her to the fact that I had requested a Labradoodle the owner became snarky, told me I was 'ignorant' and didn't read the website because if I had I would have known she wasn't planning a labradoodle litter this year. I did read the website but didn't interpret from it that this was the case. There are so many other Aussie Labradoodle breeders in our area I'll be happy to take my business somewhere else.
